see the answer when it's dad versus the dirty diaper. >> the video i'm about to show you was recently released and was shown at a coroner's inquest to determine whether the police officer's actions were justified. this happened on a residential street in toronto. you see a group of officers screaming and backing up very quickly with their guns drawn. you see a man wearing a hospital gown walk into the frame chasing after two of the officers and then one of the officers fires three shots at that man. that's michael elligan. apparently he has escaped hospital and apparently had been suffering from depression and delusions. here's the information that's been coming out. one of the officers said he shot because he feared for his life and the life of his fellow officers. michael apparently in this moment as he's charging toward the officers was holding two scissors, one in each hand. and the officer that shot michael says he heard him say "one of you is going to die." unfortunately michael does not survive his injuries. >> i don't know. i got to say, it a guy with scissors, there's like nine cops there. >> his family says they could have taken action before the shots. >> i don't know how it had to come to that. >> the officers say they did show great restraint because they had a 21-foot policy if the assailant has what sharp or deadly weapon and he got as close as 8 feet to the officers. >> winged dare devil flying. he likes to live life on the edge. here he is in moab, utah. he has his winged suit out and look what happens. >> did he hit it? >> no. >> according to reports, her tactics is running up to the car and scratching the front end. listen again because you hear the scratching of the metal. >> oh! yeah, you can hear it. >> then you see staff from this auto show, they come up, they're trying to break this fight up. she continues screaming at her husband and according to reports, she never gets him to purchase the car, she's only damaged the property. >> is there any chance it's a viral campaign that, hey, this car is so good -- >> all media outlets are reporting this video is real. but if go to the chinese version of youtube and translate some of the comments beneath the video, lots of people are wondering if this is a viral markets from byd to get their automobile known. >> i want to know exactly what she's saying. if she's saying "we can get 60 miles per gallon with this thing, it's so fuel efficient" -- >> you're right. >> we reached out to the car company but they did not get back to us before the deadline. >> not long before then tire bus erupted into flames, there were 30 passengers on board along with the bus driver. this is in siberia and russia. as you can see, this bus is still moving. >> it's like a rollinginfno. is it going s going backwards. listen. there are cars all over the roadway. they managed to miss the bus, though some feel they have to honk at that time. >> what does it run into that stops it?
