The wreckage is scattered in small pieces over an entire area. Officials have already recovered the flight data recorders. The jet reportedly tried to land aborted that effort circled for two more hours and was making a second attempt when it went down short of the runway. The boeing 737 belonged to Fly Dubai Airlines with 55 passengers including four children and seven crew were on board. Fly dubai says our hearts go out to the families and friends of those involved. New developments from bart on the track closure now in its fourth day. There will not be any service between pittsburgh bay and North Concord stations through at least monday. Bart is trying to figure out what caused a power surge that damaged more than 50 cars between the two stations on wednesday. A bus bridge between has been setup for commuters. Bart says the buses will be available while it is working to fin the problem. Uber is temporarily expanding its service. It matches several passengers headed in the same direction together for a lower price than traveling alone. The expansion includes areas around the pittsburgh line. The option is available during the week morning and evening commuting hours. Meanwhile bart has brought in an Industry Expert to figure out whats causing the power surges on the tracks. More information is coming out about a deadly stand off between Sheriff Deputies and a child molestation suspect. The incident began thursday night in byron in the eastern part of the county. Deputies were trying to seven an arrestserve an arrest warrant when he barricaded himself inside the home. He was accused of sexually abusage his 11yearold booster daughter. Deputies fired smoke bombs into the house and he tried to climb out of the window. He aimed the gun at them forcing them to shoot and kill him. His name has not been released. Homicide rates are down in oakland. There have been seven so far this year and typically 19. Crime is down across the board and credits programs like seize fire where officers challenge gang members to change their lives or face arrest. They claim to have a weapon and demanded the victims open the safe. They made out with thousands of dollars of cash. Latino 25 to 30 years old five feet tall weighing 140 pounds. Investigators hoping Surveillance Video helps them catch a bank robber. The man in this picture robbed a u. S. Bank branch at a Safeway Store earlier this week and also responsible for other Bank Robberies in the Central Valley and another Surveillance Video is the same man committing another robbery. The mobile home is where it started on september 29, 2011. A paraplegic trapped in his bed called for help. I could hear the victim screaming. His chief ordered him to kick down the door. I still remember what it feels like when hes looking at his parents and grabbing me. Ill never forget that. His captain never followed him in to help. The firefighter was alone in trying to save the man. I was covering him with my body. I pulled a hamstrings. The intensity of the heat forced him to leave. He later died. Other parts of his body had burns. As he was recovering he found himself alone again when explaining what happened to state investigators. The fire chief at the time blamed his death on me and i found out my captain supposedly forgot his gloves so thats why i was by myself and they tried to put it all on me. The department retail ated against them for telling the truth about what happened. The Fire Department eventually terminated him. I lost my career now so its a heavy price to pay for telling the truth to osha. Now almost five years later the 2. 3 million reward is vindication. I was in disbelief. I couldnt believe these people i trusted that were other firefighters and people above me, fife chiefs could do Something Like this. He suspects his bosses may have been motivated by concerns over violations of protocol and a possibility of a wrongful death lawsuit. He still wants to be a firefighter in another city. First thing we have over here is theres an Experiment Center here and this is something people can have at their own homes right . Yes. What weve done here one of the Amazing Things about native plants is the context that they have because they share millions of years can history with each other and our native insects and birds. People can engage and learn about plant communication. So what you do is you use this hole puncher to simulate a cater pillar chewing on the plant. It senses that and beefs up its immune response, makes its leaves thicker, produces chemical defenses and queues that bring predators to eat them and shares information to kin nearby to beef up defense also. Its really cool because its shows an eco system in your back yard and build that eco system with plants that are protecting one another or themselves and working in the context of nature and predators around it. Exactly. This is a different idea than most back yard pampeans. Its different in that its shallow and the flow is low. This is a habitat not just a decorative pond. Its a dragon fly habitat. The low flow brings oxygen into the water but doesnt pull the dragon fly out. They live in the water and need to access the air. So we have plants and logs and rocks that allow it to crawl out of the pond and be in the air and also these beaches where its not soaked but always wet and the idea is the water is always evaporating out of there and the rocks are accumulating the minerals so butterflies love that. The blast killed five people including the bomber and injured three dozen people. Police say the bomber detonated the explosive before he reached the prime target because of police in the area. The Police Believe hes part of a rebel group in the country. This is the fourth suicide bombing in turkey this year. We are getting a look at the arrest of the most wanted man in europe in custody in brussels, belgium. 26yearold Salah Abdeslam was the target of an intense four month long manhunt ending yesterday where police dragged him from a house. Investigators believe he drove the car that carried the suicide bombers to the french mall soccer stadium on november 13. Fingerprints found in a brussels apartment helped police track him down. The community was providing safe haven and location to location. A lot of people have to know about the where abouts over the months. That is going to be where the intelligence should focus. At least four other people were detained yesterday. More arrests will be made. 130 people were killed in the coordinated attacks on cafes, concert halls and soccer stadium november 13. New this morning the father of a man hailed in the hero is now accused of Insurance Fraud in sacramento county. Brian stone and two other men were arraigned in court friday. They deliberately burned down businesses wheel stone provided consulting and insurance claims. He is the father of Spencer Stone who made International Headlines when he and his friends stopped a terror attack on a paris bound train last august. He did not know about the charges nor did he know his father had been doing this for a long time. Volunteers will search today for the fourth anniversary of her disappearance. The 15yearold disappeared while heading to school in 2012. Family friends and volunteers have scowerred the area around the morgan hill home looking for any trace of her in the path. The last search ended a year ago but today the search starts at the reservoir in morgan hill. Although her body has never been found authorities have charged Garcia Torres with her murder. Investigators found rope with a strand of her hair in his car and her dna on an arm rest. An assistant track coach at Mount Pleasant high school was arraigned on ten felony charges with alleged sexual relationships with two students. The 21yearold did not enter a plea. Thats expected to happen next tuesday. His bail was set at 300,000. The District Attorneys Office is making an appeal to the public in this case. We are investigating if there are more victims and encourage anybody who has information to come forward and call the San Jose Police department. Garcia was an assistant coach for the Cross Country and track teams at Mount Pleasant high and was fired when the allegations surfaced. The students are 14 and 17 years old. Bail is set at 475,000 for a man accused for a hitandrun that injured a boy in Castro Valley. Daniel morse appears in court yesterday. He stole a car from a dealership this month and drove the ford fusion onto a sidewalk in Castro Valley and hit the boy who was walking to school with his brother and brand mother and pinned the boy against a utility pole. Morse is due back in court on tuesday for a plea. A custom made bike is given back to the 16yearold who has a rare genetic disorder similar to kerri really pauly effecting his ability to walk talk and move and the bike gives him a sense of independence. He got the 6,000 bike last december after waiting for two years but his family says it has value way beyond money. He cant walk anymore. And we try and this bicycle helps him so much because when he rides the bicycle around he does exercise with that. He needs to move. The family thinks that bike was stolen on thursday night or early yesterday morning. What the thief may not have realized is that no one else can actually use the bike but raymond because it was made with special straps based on his height and weight. Today at the vfw post in ant a mom will hold a memorial for her son who killed himself last month after suffering from ptsd. The mother has a message for other military familyst. For people like terry its a need to take care of them when they come back and they are not the same person that left. Robin says her son, terry ohearn was loving, playful and easy going when he enlisted in the army. As a soldier he saw combat during iraq and afghanistan wars and survived with minor physical injuries but the emotional wounds ran deep. When he came back he was just angry. He was angry and his personality after that really changed. An air force veteran says the change was initially understandable because theres a period of adjustment to civilian life but over time it became more pronounced and then a Suicide Attempt followed by treatment at the va hospital in palo alto. Terry was diagnosed with post Traumatic Stress disorder. He wont even allow me to come see him. His anger and grew. She would try to visit him and he would leave a note saying he wont open the door. Im angry at him because we were so close. Im angry at myself. Im his mother. I should be able to help them. You should be able to help your children if they cant help themselves. Because hes an adult and privacy laws mom says she counseled find out what treatment terry was receiving. Then a second Suicide Attempt in january. She visited him in the hospital. This is a monster almost like thoseheres a person, this is not the child that i raised. This is not the child that would talk to his mother this way. Hes so broken. And last month terry hung himself in his apartment. Since then she says shes discovered support groups outside the va that can help families cope and shes learned that talking to others about ptsd could have better helped her and her family find ways to intervene. If theres anybody out there that has a son or can you that says i dont want you talking to me. You need to talk to a lot of people about your son or your daughter or your husband. So we are here at the San Francisco flower and garden show last hour showing california natives and now talking about a different way to change up your garden and make it different. Here from tree line designs to tell us about succulents and the amazing variations. So sometimes people think succulents and picture j plants. They are beautiful but theres a lot more to succulents than that. Theres a lot of variations and a lot of color. What are some of the benefits here . The benefits are we are talking about the drought first. We have drought still off of two months rain we still have a drought and we should be ready for the future. Right. And you were talking not just a matter of getting ready for the drought but a matter of fundamental change for a look of the out door space. Yes and create more color variations. This is a very water wise landscape garden where you see the color, texture and you see flower and all around you have a colorful garden and its very low maintenance. And youve been talking color because when i picture succulents i picture muted colors maybe greens and something else. This is just coming into flower and that is a beautiful bright orange color, the kind you get from succulents. Yes. These flowers are just morrell everywhere and when they open its getting more orangey and bright and the leaves become more reddish. They are getting variations red and then more reddish. And then you also said agave which you said. Agaves, yes. Thats another great idea right . These are really awesome plants. You can put if you are living on a hillside and have a lot of slope and cant do anything else you just plant those agaves there. They are giant and they hold the soil and control the soil for erosion. Sometimes we use bamboos but these guys never shed the leaves and no water required. San jose takes until about 3 00 before you see scattered showers. The sierra a mix of rain and snow. Snow levels are going to be high initially not going to impact the passes i80 or 50 for your weekend and into the evening hours things start to wind down some but we have a second round coming in on monday so expect the wet weather to continue at least through about Tuesday Morning and ill show you that in the extended forecast. As far as rainfall amounts not going to see a whole lot you can see it here. Maybe a few 100ths like san jose and then santa rosa and definitely going to see a little more of the north bay but in a nut shell not a lot going on. A quarter inch maybe a third for the north bay, less than that as you get into the central and south bay. Bart says there will nolte be any service between the pittsburgh bay point and North Concord stations through at least monday. Bart trying to figure out what caused a power surge that damaged more than 50 cars between those two stations on wednesday. A bus bridge has been setup for commuter eyes the buses will be available while it is working to fix the problem. Uber is temporarily expanding its measures headed in the same direction all together for lower prices than traveling along including walnut creek concord and other areas along the pittsburgh line. This option is available week days during morning and evening commute times. Meanwhile bart has brought in an Industry Expert to figure out whats causing the power surges on the tracks. Bart doesnt know if its due to an aging system or something else. Yesterday they used a test train with special measuring tours to pin point exactly where the problem might be. New this morning Morgan Hill Police have released Surveillance Video of a car that may be connected to a Home Invasion robbery that happened earlier this week. Its a gray newer model sedan, possibly a toyota and may be linked to the robbery of a home on rosemary circle that just happened on monday. Two men masked entered that home through an unlocked window. They claim to have a weapon and demand that the victims open the safe and made off with thousands of dollars in cash and jewelry. They are described as latino ages 25 to 30 and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds. Investigators are hoping surveillance photos will help them catch a serial bank robber. The man in this picture robbed a u. S. Bank branch at a Safeway Store earlier this week and also responsible for other Bank Robberies in concord pleasanton and the Central Valley. Heres another surveillance photo of the same man committing another robbery. Detectives say hes between 5 foot 8 and 6foot tall and weighs 170pounds. If you have seen him you are asked to call the police department. A firefighter awarded 200 after wrongfully fired after retaliation for telling the truth about a deadly fire. Amber lee has his story something youll see only on fox 2. This mobile home is where it started on september 29, 2011 a man trapped in his bed called for help. I could hear the victim screaming. He says his chief ordered him to kick down the door. I went ahead thinking my captain was going to be right behind me. He found the disabled man inside. I still remember what it feels like and hes looking for me and grabbing me and i just ill never forget that. He says his captain never followed him in to help. The firefighter was alone in trying to save the man. I was covering him with my body. I tried so hard i sprained by back, pulled a hamstring. Unable to pull him out the intensity of the heat forced him to leave. The disabled man later died. I burns on my hand. And other parts of his body. He found himself alone again when explaining what happened. The fire chief blamed the death on me and i found out my captain supposedly forgot his gloves so i was by myself so they put on all on me. They retailated for telling about what happened. The Fire Department eventually terminated him. I lost my whole career now so its a heavy price to pay for telling the truth to osha. Now almost five years later the jurys 2. 3 million reward is vindication. I was in disbelief. I couldnt believe these people that i trusted that were other fellow firefighters and people above me could do Something Like this. He suspected his bosses may have been motivated by concerns over violation of protocol and a possibility of a wrongful death lawsuit. He still wants to be a firefighter in another city. Despite whats happened to me, despite everything ive been through its the greatest job in the world. That was amber lee reporting. Once youve had an organic egg and actually an egg from something you raised and participated in the care of it makes a lot of difference when you grow your own food that food tastes different. It tastes better and you feel good as a result of taking care of yourself, your family, your community. How hard is it to get into . Do you have to have a coop, multiple chickens, something thats pretty easy to get access to . You certainly want to have multiple chickens, probably at least three or four just because chickens live in what is called a congress or a clutch so they dont want to be alone. You dont want a solitary chicken and you do need a coop because predators are real. Hawks, raccoons, possums, mountain lions depending on where you live. All kinds of things. You need to close them up at night and off of where you dont want them to go. They are not allowed in my garden. Ive been hesitant of holding this chicken. Im a chicken phobe. Tell us how is seems completely obvious but i wanted to bring this up. Statistics show 71 of people who have these seats if they are in an accident they actually are up injured. This is a big deal for parents to have those. We want to stress those again. Absolutely. Carseats are extremely important to keep your child safe especially in the event of a collision. We actually have other activities for kids and Pedestrian Safety administration. We are giving away 100 helmets as well because pedestrians can get injured severely and the helmet really will really help. Weve got a rock climbing wall. New this morning a suicide bomber attacked a busy Shopping Center in turkey. It injured three dozen people. The bomber detonated before he reached the crime target because there was police in the area. The turkish government believes hes part of a rebel group. This is the fourth suicide bombing in turkey this year. The suspect in the deadly paris terror attacks in belgium will fight extradition to france. 26yearold Salah Abdeslam was the target of a manhunt. He was dragged from a house yesterday on video. He drove the car that carried the bombers to the soccer stadium outside of paris on november 13. He will fight efforts to go to france. Fingerprints found earlier this week in a brussels apartment helped track him down. The community is providing safe haven for him moving him from location to location so a lot of people had to know about his where abouts over these months. That is going to be where the intelligence should focus. At least four other people were detained yesterday. New this morning the father of one of the french train heros is accused of arson Insurance Fraud in sacramento county. 57yearold brian stone and two other men were arraigned in federal court on friday. Prosecutors say the men deliberately burned down businesses while stone provided consulting and helped with the insurance claims. Stone is the father of air man Spencer Stone. He and two of his friends made International Headlines when they stopped a terrorist attack on a train last august. Spencer stone unclear how close he is to his father. He didnt know about the charges or what his father has been doing for a long time. Volunteers will search today to mark the fourth anniversary of a disappearance of a 15yearold while heading to school back in 2012. Family friends and volunteers have scowerred the area around her morgan hill home looking for a trace of her. The last search ended about a year ago. Todays search is at 9 15 east man canyon in morgan hill. Although sierras body has never been found authorities have charged Garcia Torres with her murder. Investigators found a rope with a strand of her hair in his car and dna on an arm rest. An assistant track coach was arraigned yesterday on ten felony charges from alleged sexual relationships with two students. A 21yearold did not enter a plea but that is expected to happen next tuesday. His bail was set at 300,000. The District Attorneys Office is making an appeal to the public. We are investigating if there are more victims and we encourage anybody who has information to come forward and call the San Jose Police department. Garcia was an assistant coach for the Cross Country and track teams at Mount Pleasant high. He was fired when the allegation surfaced. The students are 14 and 17 years old. Bail is set at 475,000 for a man accused of a hitandrun that severely injured a 6year old boy in Castro Valley. 29yearold Daniel Morris appeared in court yesterday. He stole a car from a livermore auto dealership earlier this month and later drove that ford fusion onto a sidewalk in Castro Valley hitting the boy who was walking to school with his brother and grandmother. The crash pinned the boy against a utility pole. Morris is due back on tuesday to enter a plea and will be back in court. A san jose family is desperate to get back a stolen bike custom made for their son with special needs. His disorder effects his ability to walk talk and move and his family says this bike gives him a sense of independence. He got the 6,000 bike last december after waiting for two years but the family says the value goes way beyond money. He cant walk anymore and we tried and thats why this bicycle helps him so much. He rides the bike and does exercise. He moves. He needs to move. The family thinks the bike was stolen thursday night or early yesterday morning. What the thief may not have realized is no one else can actually use this bike because it was made based on his height and weight. Today at the vfw post a mom will hold a Memorial Service for her son who killed himself last month. Terry ohearn was suffering from ptsd and amber lee has the story. For people like terry its a need to take care of them when they come back and they are not the same person that left. Robin says her son terry ohearn was loving playful and easy going when he enlisted in the army. As a soldier he saw combat during two wars iraq and afghanistan. He survived with minor physical injuries but the emotional wounds ran deep. When he came back he was just angry. He was angry and his personality after that really changed. An air force veteran herself says the change was initially understandable because theres a period of adjustment to civilian life but over time it became more pronounced and then a Suicide Attempt followed by treatment at the va hospital in palo alto. Terry was diagnosed with post Traumatic Stress disorder. He wont even allow me to come see him. His anger grew. He isolated himself from family and friends friends. She would try to visit him at his apartment and he would leave a note telling her he wont open the door. Im angry at him yes because we were so close. Im angry at myself. Im his mother. You should be able to help them. You should be able to help your children if they cant help themselves. Because hes an adult and privacy laws mom says she couldnt find out what treatment terry was receiving. Then a second Suicide Attempt in january. She visited him in the hospital. This is a popser almost like thoseheres a personthis is not the child that i raised. This is not the child that would talk to his mother this way. Right . Hes so broken. And then last month terry hung himself in his apartment. Since then she says she discovered support groups outside the va that can help families cope and learned that talking to others about ptsd could have better helped her and her family find ways to intervene. If anybody out there has a son or daughter that says i dont want you talking to me you need to talk to a lot of people about your son or daughter or your wife or husband. Yes we are playing College Songs in honor of march madness. Big changes are on the way down the road in a tourist spot. The city is getting ready to ban cars on the eastern section of twin peaks. Tara has the reasons behind this Pilot Program. It boasts some of San Franciscos most spectacular panoramic views. Cheese . But when it comes to walking the trails to twin peaks the city says it could be safer. Right now when you get to the top of one of these trails theres no good way to cross the roadway. There arent any cross walks. While they upgrade the trails they are launching a Pilot Program banning vehicles from the eastern sections of twin peaks boulevard or the roads facing downtown. This is the west side and you are able to take this road here to the right but under the new configuration this will be for bikers walkers and joggers. This roadway will be open to cars in both directions. Thats exactly whats happening on the tower. All the traffic it takes you like 45 minutes to an hour just to get up there. Before you were up there in 15 minutes. Some people are opposed to the new project. Others are willing to give it a shot. As somebody who doesnt drive and likes to walk up twin peaks it works for me because i dont have to worry about getting run over. The city shelled out 350,000 in a settlement of the family of a woman killed by a drunk driver in 2012. She was walking on the road as the city classified unsafe. Hopefully it works out but any time the city does anything like that it messes the traffic up. The pilot will run for one year before a final decision on the project. Like yesterday or unlike yesterday we cleared in the afternoon today mostly cloudy for the entire day so we are looking at a combination of low clouds this morning, mid and high level clouds for your afternoon and wow thats a beautiful view even with the overcast skies. I realize a lot of folks like overcast skies. You email me to tell me it doesnt mean we all like the sunshine. 50 degrees in santa rosa, 56 in oakland and san jose. If you do like the gray skies and cool drizzly weather thats what we have outside this morning. We are going to remain into the afternoon. Heres a look very wide spread at this moment the on shore breeze is back came back yesterday in full force and had a big cool down yesterday afternoon. Our temperatures continue to trend downward today but nothing like what we saw thursday and friday afternoon. Giving me a look here at the mid and high level clouds that are passing over a system bringing us a little bit of rain as we get into sunday, a second wave on monday so stop it and show you what we are looking at as we get into sunday. Saturday night a little bit of rain to the north of us. Its going to take through the Morning Hours before we see it here in portions of the north bay it will start by 9 or 10 and by noon time its moving closer to the central bay by 1 or 2 its into the central bay. Takes until 3 or 4 in the afternoon to get into the south bay. So start out with wet weather to the north bay and work its way south over the course of your sunday afternoon. Into monday morning these are the rainfall amounts not a big system. An inch possible in areas like san jose. Less than anoa tenth of an inch into the central bay. The north bay not a lot. A quarter inch for santa rosa. By monday afternoon a second wave moves through and now all the way into Tuesday Morning and heres the accumulation expected through tuesday. A little bit more than half an inch for some of our wetter spots to the north bay and the central to the south bay maybe a third of an inch. There was someone next to me crying pretty much the entire time. I definitely had tears in my eyes. The beauty is it balances out the emotional quality where you leave on a positive note but definitely go through an emotional rollercoaster while watching. Garner delivers an amazing performance. You can feel the passion coming through the screen with her character. I gave it a four out of five. Its tough to watch at times and the young actress who plays anna bell beam in the film is fantastic. Queen latifah is in the movie as well. Gave it a four out of five. And alegionent is awe awful. It really is a film that grinded my gears to quote Peter Griffin from family guy. Its a poorly made film. The script is terrible. I found myself wondering why these amazing actors were part of this movie. Jeff daniels, amazing actors but the script was so bad. For people who dont know i like the first divergent film which took place in chicago where people were divided based on personality and shaylene woodleys character did not fit so she was divergent and being targeted and she teams up with theo james. Now this time around they are trying to get outside of the walls to find out what happened and why they were placed in these factions to begin with and the movie itself is incrediblely boring but the special effects arent even that great either. I didnt care for the second but this is definitely the worst in the franchise. Every actor in the movie looked bored and like they didnt want to be a part of the movie. I cant say that for sure but its the way i felt. Even miles teller who is amazing in whip lash not that great here and al gordon not that great here. Following developments from the deadly plane crash in russia. 62 people died when the boeing 737 went down 600miles south of moscow. Russian officials looking at Near Hurricane Force Winds as well as pilot error and technical failure as possible causes. Witnesses say the plane exploded into flames as it attempted to land. The wreckage is scattered in small pieces over the entire area but officials have found the data recorders. Surveillance video posted shows the big fireball in the distance. The jet tried to land once before but aborted that effort and circled for two more hours. It was making a second attempt in Poor Visibility and strong winds when it went down short of the run way. It belonged to Fly Dubai Airlines. Four children and seven crew members were roe board. Our hearts go tout to the family and friends of those involved. This is a new low cost carrier in that region. It started operations in 2009 and actually has a good Safety Record with no previous crashes. Top russian officials are headed to that crash site to over see the coming investigation. Back here at home following the storm patterns headed our way taking a live look outside where its calm now but that wont be the case for the entire weekend. Rosemary has a look at this transition we are under going this weekend. We are in for a cooler day and into sunday we have rain in the forecast. So giving you a view here that pattern change really started yesterday. We have obvious changes early on with the low clouds and on shore breeze back and by the afternoon temperatures drop off by 50 degrees. Today we continue the cool down a few degrees cooler than yesterday and again the rain arrives on sunday. Doesnt look like a big storm but it will be enough to get us wet. 52 degrees under gray skies, 52 napa, 54 San Francisco, 47 Red Wood City and 54 san jose. Temperatures struggling a little bit not seeing a bit of changes into the first part of your morning but by the afternoon into the 60s low to mid to upper 60s for most of us nearing 70 for some. Mountain view a relatively mild day for the second part upper 60s in the forecast but the clouds arent going to go away. The entire day today. When i come back i have a better look around. New developments from bart on the track closure thats now on its fourth day. There will not be any service between pittsburgh bay and North Concord stations through at least monday and bart is still trying to figure out what caused a power surge that damaged more than 50 cars between the two stations on wednesday. A bus bridge between the stations has been setup for commuters. The buses will be available while it is working to fix the problem. Uber is temporarily expanding its pool service during the closure. The pool measures several passengers heading in the same direction together for a lower price than traveling alone. Walnut creek, concord and other areas along the pittsburgh line. The option is available week days during evening commute times. Bart has brought in an Industry Expert to try to figure out what is causing the power surge ease the tracks. Bart doesnt know if the problem is due to an aging system or something else. Yesterday they used a test train with special monitoring tools to pin point exactly where that problem might be. If we can at least identify the exact moment we are having the spike in voltage it will get us closer to cracking the code on whats causing this. A similar thing happened back then where a power surge was coming out of the tube in west oakland. Police have released surveillance photo of of a car that may be connected to a Home Invasion robbery from earlier this week. Its a gray newer model sedan possibly a toyota that may be linked to a robbery of a home on rosemary circle happening on monday. Police say two masked men entered that home through an unlocked window. They claimed to have a weapon and demanded the victims opened up a safe and made off with thousands of dollars of cash and jewelry. Morgan hill Police Describe the suspects at latino ages 25 to 30 both about 5foot 4inches tall weighing between 140 and 150 pounds. Investigators hoping surveillance photos will help them catch a serial bank robber. The man in that picture robbed a u. S. Bank branch at the Safeway Store earlier this week and also responsive for other Bank Robberies in concord pleasanton and the Central Valley. This is also a surveillance photo of the same man committing another robbery. Detectives say hes between 5 foot 8 and 6foot tall weighs 170pounds. If you have seen him you are asked to call the Dublin Police department. A firefighter awarded more than 2 million after city officials wrongfully fired him in retailation for telling the truth about a deadly fire. Amber lee has the story something youll see only on fox 2. This mobile home is where it started on september 29, 2011 a man trapped in his bed called for help. I would could hear the victim screaming. His chief ordered him to kick down the door. He found a disabled man inside. I still remember what it feels like to be like i got you buddy and hes looking at me and grabbing me and ill never forget that. His captain never followed him in to help. The firefighter was alone in trying to save the man. I was covering him with my body. I was trying so hard to pull him out i sprained by back, pulled a hamstring. Unable to carry the man out the intensity of the heat forced him to leave. The disabled man later died. I had third degree on my hand. And other parts of his body. As he was recovering he found himself alone again when explaining what happened to state investigators. The fire chief at the time blamed his death on me and i found out my captain supposely forgot his gloves which is why i was by myself so they put it all on me. They know he told the truth about what happened and the Fire Department eventually terminated him. Its a heavy price to pay for telling the truth to osha. Now almost five years later the jurys 2. 3 million reward is vindication. I was in disbelief. I couldnt believe these people that i trusted other fellow firefighters and people that were above me fire chiefs could do Something Like this. Milan suspects his bosses may have been motivates by concerns over violations of protocol and a possibility of a wrongful death lawsuit. He still wants to be a firefighter in another city. A ten foot tall water fall by 8 foot wide tied in with ancient materials that have a vibe to bring you in, draw you in and the sense of peace and tranquility and the sound is peaceful and visual as well. And if theres a theme weve seen a lot of drought tolerance and drought friendly. And we see some agave right here. And succulents too which is fitting in with whats working in california. Exactly. And even the water feature i have seems like a die colt maye but its way you direct them and the type of water features you do you can do a very low water use water feature as well and water walls are the way to do that. Its a way to incorporate water into your whole design strategy. In a responsible way absolutely. This obviously is a dream garden for a lot of people but one of the great things is a way to get inspiration right . Yes. So if you cant go this big at least get inspired. Clinton and sanders will be in seattle campaigning before the Washington State caucuses. New this morning a suicide bomber attacked a busy shopping district in turkey. The blast killed five people including the bomber and also injured three dozen people. The bomber actually detonated before he reached the target because of police in the area. They are part of a rebel group out lawed in the country. This is the fourth suicide bombing in turkey this year. The suspect in the paris terror attacks is in custody and appears he will fight going to france. 26yearold Salah Abdeslam was the target of an intense four month manhunt. Dramatic footage shows him being dragged into the car from the house yesterday. Investigators believe Salah Abdeslam drove the car that carried the bombers outside of paris on november 13. His Attorney Says he is going to fight the efforts to extradite him. Fingerprints in an apartment in brussels helped bring him down. The community was helping him and moving him from location to location so a lot of people had to know about his where abouts over these months. That is going to be where the intelligence should focus. At least four other people were detained yesterday. Authorities believe more arrests will be maid. 130 people were killed in the coordinated attacks on cafes a concert hall and soccer stadium in paris on november 13. New this morning the father of a man hailed as a hero in the paris train attacks is accused of Insurance Fraud in sacramento county. 57yearold brian stone and two other member were arraigned in federal court yesterday. The men deliberately burned down businesses while stone helped with insurance claims. Stone is the father of air man Spencer Stone. He and two of his friends made International Headlines when that he stopped a terrorist attack on a paris bound train last august. It appears he and his father arent close. He hasnt been aware of his fathers activities for a long time. A new search for a south bay teenager who vanished on her way to school. Wednesday was the fourth anniversary of the disappearance of sierra lamar. Friends and family have scowerred the area looking for any trace of her. Their last official search ended about a year ago but a group of searchers are gathering right now along the reservoir at east man kenon and the roads in morgan hill. Although her body has never been found authorities have charged torres with her murder. Investigators found rope with a strand of her hair in his car and her dna on an arm rest. And a track coach at Mount Pleasant high school in san jose was arraigned yesterday on ten felony charges stemming from alleged sexual relationships with two students. Garcia did not enter a plea that is expected to happen next tuesday. His bail was set at 300,000. The District Attorneys Office is making an appeal to the public in this case. Garcia was an assistant coach for the Cross Country and track teams at Mount Pleasant high school. He was fired when allegations surfaced. The students are 14 and 17 years old. Bail set at 475,000 for the man accused of the hitandrun that injured a boy in Castro Valley. 29yearold Daniel Morris appeared in the courtroom yesterday. He stole a car from a livermore auto dealership earlier this month and later drove that ford fusion onto a sidewalk in Castro Valley and hit the boy walking to school with his brother and grandmother. The crash pinned the boy against a utility pole. Morris is due back in court on tuesday to enter a plea. A san jose family is desperate to get back a stolen bike that was custom made for their son. Ramona has a rare genetic disorder similar to his ability to walk talk and move and the family says the bike gives him a sense of independence. He got the 6,000 bike last december after waiting for two years. His family says its value goes way beyond money. He cant walk anymore. Temperatures drop off yesterday and continue to fall today and then on sunday in the north bay it looks like it may come on by 10 or in the morning and fly south over the course of the afternoon.
