The mayor of san jose, he heard about all the violence and he told the Associated Press that, at some point, donald trump needs to take responsibility for an irresponsible campaign. Anger and frustration reached a boiling point outside of the San Jose Convention center last night. Just as donald Trump Supporters left his rally, fights started breaking out among the hundreds of people who were there. Protesters started taunting supporters and they taunted back. Police were there with riot gear but were unable to stop all the fights. One woman who supports trump started making gestures at the crowd and she had eggs thrown at her. Our crew saw another incident where a trump supporter was knocked to the ground. He walked by me, grabbed my hat, i chase the after him, grabbed my hat. I grabbed my hat and he threw a right hook. I think people are rightfully angry. I think based on what trump has been saying about immigrant population, this is what he has brought. Parts of the crowd were splitting off in Different Directions and at times, even took over the streets around the Convention Center blocking traffic. Police took at least four into custody although we are still waiting for the total amount of arrests. One officer was assaulted. Now, something that our night crew did observe was that the majority of protesters and Trump Supporters were not violent. A former stanford swimmer found guilty of Sexual Assault sentenced to six months in jail. 20yearold broc turner was sentenced in palo alto. He was found guilty of raping a woman drunk and unconscious outside of a campus at that fraternity. Prosecutors wanted him to get six years in prison but the judge did not agree. He will spend as little as three months in jail with credit for Good Behavior political and transit leaders in the east bay will meet in martinez to discuss the safety campaigns on highway 4 in response to the rash of shootings. Last month, city leaders in pittsburg approved a plan to spend 100,000 in cameras along the highway. Others are considering following the lead. There will be some shot spotters and license plate readers. A former 49ers and raiders star will be arraigned following accusations of rape. The alleged victim was developmentally disabled. Stubblefield says that the sex was consentual and accuses the woman of trying to extort money from him. We are learning more about a violent attack that killed one Novato High School student and injured another. Authorities say that the one remaining suspect who they are still looking for, 19yearold Javier Guevara is a known gaining member and the attack appears to be gang related. His brother, Edwin Guevara and another teenager, 17yearold Juan Enriquez have been charged as adult. Another is charged with accessory after the fact. The attack happened in an open space area. When you open a business, you have to step right on into that power many would you say there is a difference between Millennial Women who are entrepreneurs and baby boomer women who are entrepreneurs . Is there a generational thing. Millennials are more open to the idea of starting a business. They truly believe that anything is possible. Baby boomers need to be convinced more. They need to know that everything is possible for them. When you go into a store, you see a product and you think, i thought of that. Tell me how a good idea can turn into a product thatpeople had buy. Say it out loud and take a step with it. Sell somebody. When i had the idea for fred darling and social media management, i sold can be. Once its out there in the universe, and you are standing at attention, youll start to see that people are like, i love that idea. I need that for my life. I need that for my business. I need that in my store. And you validate the idea. But sell somebody because you might think its not original. And it could be the next, like apple. Right. What kind of things do you do for businesses who are starting their twitter and facebook and instagram accounts, why they come to your business. Im fascinated by this. You one their accounts. I do. I still have connections to people like that. I have a site agency. I focus on ads. You know when you are shopping for shoes online and get on facebook and you see an ad for the shoe, thats me. Thats targeting. Good news. You go to a business page and check out, maybe you dont purchase, we follow you with that product and make sure that we focus. When we talk about sectors that are popular with women entrepreneurs, thinking of tory burch, any sector that women are more successful with . I dont necessarily i would not speak on the sectors. I would say who do you want to serve . Who do you really believe that your guests are, who can benefit from the gifts . A lot of people that i work where transformational copes, energy healers. Its incredible, the different kinds. But any business really can benefit from facebook ads and Strategic Marketing can you say a word or two about failure and how, when i was younger and i had failure in my career, i thought i would never be a reporter again. I thought i would have to find another profession. Here i am, 20 years later and knock on wood, doing its for another 20 more. I dont believe that failure exists. I dont think thats a thing. When something does not work out, that does not mean that you failed. Thats not the right opportunity at the moment. Youre never going to make that mistake again.
