Neighbors are trying to support the her and her older son who both survived this fire over the week, collecting clothes for the family. Neighbors set up this memorial here outsigh of the home where that fiveyearold boy was killed in a fire early sunday morning that investigators say was intentionally set by his own father. Authority are now working to capture 53yearold Darrylone Shuemake who is accused of setting that fire early sunday morning as the family slept inside the fire killed five yearold deleon and severely burned his mother and another brother was able to escape that fire with minor injuries. Shuemake doused a bedroom with flammable liquid while the five yearold and his mom were sleeping in that room. The most escaped with second and third degree burns but deleone did not make it out. One of shuemakes older sons described his father as both violent and abusive. He needs to be caught and he needs to actually be shown that there are consequences for his actions other than, you know, small piece of jail time because youve come to the point where you are now taking lives with no regards for any one else. Reporter Court Records show that the suspected arsonist in this case, shuemake, was accused of harassment and Domestic Violence involving other women and children in Solano County in the past. Investigators have not said what his motivation was for setting this fire early on sunday morning. Again, that left his fiveyear old son dead. Neighbors say that fiveyear old boy was playful, loved his dog, his Golden State Warriors and they idolized his father. The man accused of setting this fire intentionally accused of killing his own son. Darrylone shuemake is now on the run. Authority are trying to bring him into custody.
