Has anything changed. Nothing big like yesterday where there were obvious problems but there is slow traffic. We will start off with the east bay commute getting into San Francisco. You mentioned it. Today there is a game at at t park at 12 45. And the as have a day game. That will affect the traffic, especially leaving San Francisco this evening. You might want to think about that before you make your plans. Also thinking about the commute now on 880 this afternoon. The game here is also a daytime game. Should be getting out right near the afternoon commute. And that will put more traffic on this freeway. This is a look at highway 4. An earlier crash near willow pass. That is gone. But traffic is slow through pittsburgh. 680 is slow as well. 880 south through hayward is beginning to slow. This is the sunol grade. At mission it looks good. If youre driving in 280 in downtown san jose, a nice drive up to highway 17. 7 02, back to the desk. Following developing news in san jose where a young child was found wandering by himself on the streets of san jose in the middle of the night. Police are trying to find the childs family now. Christien kafton is at the apartment complex where the child was found. So what do you know . Reporter yeah. Thats exactly right, dave. Weve been here for half an hour. So far were looking to see if San Jose Police have located the childs parents. At this point we believe they are still trying to locate the parents. Take a look. This is the woods apartment complex. This is where the child was found this morning. This is a massive apartment complex. George and i have circled this complex ourselves twice looking for san jose pd who are conducting a door to door search, looking for where the child may have come from. Police describing this child as a toddler boy, one to two years old. No physical description at this time. The child was discovered wandering near the 4300 block of the woods inside of the apartment complex at 3 30 this morning. You can see police going door to door trying to find the parents of this child. Police were alerted that the child was wandering and there were no adults with the child. Officers arrived on scene and fortunately they were able to locate the toddler who has been taken to an area hospital to be checked out. Authorities are hoping that as people wang up, the parents will discover the child is missing and will contact them. At this point we dont have a lot of details about the boy. San jose police confirming he is between the ages of one and two years old and unable to tell police where he came from. They are continuing to look for the patients and will investigate what happened once they find them. Again, guys, i cant underscore just how big this apartment complex is. We circled a couple of times. There are hundreds of units here. Hundreds of possible places where the toddler boy could have come from. Presumably the parents still sleeping, perhaps waking up right around now and have not discovered that the child is missing. So we are urging people to go and check and make sure that their toddler boy is still home if they are in the area here of 4300 the woods at the woods apartment complex here in san jose. So, i know it is a huge complex. But are police going door to door at this point or can they really only wait to hear from the affected family. Reporter so we have that video, gasia, you could see the officers there appearing to go door to door, trying to find out where the child may have come from. At this point, george and i have circled the complex twice. We dont see an active Police Presence here right now. That leads us to believe that police at this point are simply taking care of that child. The child is in the hospital being checked out. Making sure that the child is okay. And presumably as those parents wake up, as that family wakes up, they will contact 911 when they discover the child is missing. That way they can get the family reunited and figure out what happened there. Lets go from there. We will bring you back throughout morn morn for an update.
