Livermore, 86. San jose down 10 from 91 to 81 degrees. Waiting for that howling delta breeze. It hasnt kicked in yet. It is on its way. This is a big fog bank and the water temps are very cold. 40s, 50s, 60s. Yesterday we had a lot of 70s for lows. Woodside down to 53. Los altos is now 57. That is down ten. Look at pacifica, 57 on the low side. They will be ramping up because of the system coming in that will give all of california except extreme Northern California a change heading into the weekend. 60s, 70s, and 80s in the anterior. Sal, 7 01. Are things okay . We have a couple of crashes but theyre on the shoulder. Sometimes when they are on the shoulders, they cause delays. Lets talk about the fog. It is pretty dense on the golden gate bridge. Southbound traffic looks good but it is the wet dense fog here. Just a few miles away, it is completely clear. It is patchy southbound 101 traffic looks okay in southern marin. Ill give you a look at the bay bridge toll plaza. You can see the fog is not low enough to be affecting traffic. It is backed up to the maze, about a 25minute delay. This is a look at the san mateo bridge where traffic is busy now. Not only on the bridge but on 82 after 880. Highway 4 we had a crash that is now on the shoulder. Same thing with west 80, a crash on the shoulder there. Expect slow traffic in the area. 680 is slow coming away from the dublin interchange. San jose, things are slower. Lets go back to the desk. We continue to follow a developing story in san jose. Thats where three people are dead, including a suspect. Last night police were called to a home on lauraville lane, west of highway 87 in the willow glenn neighborhood. Authorities are not saying much about what happened except to say theyre investigating this case as an officerinvolved shooting. Ktvus Leigh Martinez is learning more from the scene. Leigh. Reporter this private road is being blocked off by police. Just a few minutes ago, we saw the coroner arrive here. The house in question is the one towards the back there. Thats where were seeing a lot of the police activity. Now, San Jose Police were called here at 9 00 last night by a neighbor on a report that someone had been shot. Now, our sources tell us that police found a man barricaded inside and heard a gun shot go off. Inside the lauraville lane, they found two people dead inside. In a statement from police, there was an officerinvolved shooting that followed and a man was killed at the scene. No one else was hurt. Now, last night we spoke with a neighbor who has lived in the area for eight years and has never seen anything like this before. Its very shocking. Im just like this is news that i dont want to hear. I dont want to hear anybody doing taking each others life and killing each other with a gun. Reporter authorities are not commenting about the relationship between the suspect and the two victims. The Santa Clara County District Attorneys Office and the San Jose Police departments homicide unit are conducting a joint criminal investigation. Now, again, we just saw the coroner arrive here just a few minutes ago. Again, this private drive here is still blocked off by police. Police have not released the identities of the victims or the suspects or saying the relationship or how the two people were killed. Theyre not confirming that for us. We have calls into San Jose Police requesting more details. As of right now, police say they believe that the suspect was the only person involved in the double homicide. They do not believe there are any outstanding suspects. Thank you. Keep in mind, this is the second officerinvolved shooting in san jose in less than 24 hours. On tuesday night, Police Responded to a family disturbance between a father and his adult son on Mount Frazier drive in the eastern part of san jose. Beyond that, the plan would unshackle states from the Affordable Care act, allowing them to pair back required benefits to help keep premiums down. How much will it cost or save and how many would lose benefits . We just dont know yet. I have to be honest, this process to put it bluntly is a [censor] mess. It really is. I dont know how anyone can defend it. Reporter democrats are upset about this. Nancy pelosi saying to rally against the bill today. This is a critical test for both President Trump and House Speaker paul ryan who couldnt get this done in march. Now gop confidence is growing. But this would really be step one. Here we have a situation where theyre doing the absolute minimum to try to claim this as a victory. Its no victory. Theyre kicking the can down the road to the u. S. Senate. Reporter well, it is true. Even if it passes the house today, it has to go over to the senate. That is a process that could take weeks. If the senate makes any changes, it comes right back to the house. Dave. Doug luzader in washington. Thank you, doug.
