There is a crash in this area however blocking lanes which is backing up the traffic to almost highway 87. Stay on 101 and used to 80, use 280, is my advice. Or if you can get on the freeway just after kemp somehow, 85 is actually looking good. Another trouble spot is 680 which is a huge mess out of pleasanton because of an earlier accident. This would do you well, to use this alternate roof. And there is a stall southbound 101. The central freeway is a mess. Lets look at the east shore freeway the bay bridge toll plaza first. Thats backed up for a 5 to 10 minute delay. Using that east shore freeway, its going to be a little more crowded because of an earlier accident. The traffic is beginning to recover but through berkeley you will see slowing heading down to the maze. The accident at the maze is on. Lets go back to the desk. We are following developing news from San Bernardino county where crews are making steady progress on the big wildfire in southern california. Cal fire reports the explosive flames have burned 37,000 acres but the strong winds that were fueling the fire has letup and it is now 26 contained. Thats because of the earlier problems. Thats way more than normal. If this is your commute, you need to give yourself a lot of time to do it. Near the bay bridge, that hasnt been that bad near the toll plaza. Traffic is moving along okay. There is an overturned vehicle northbound 85 at camden. You can take alternate routes in this area.
