And according to our fox affiliate in Fresno County at least five people were killed in this crash and combat tour bus crashed on highway 99 and, here are some pictures. It happened just south of the town of livingston north of atwater. And apparently that tour bus swerved to avoid something in the road and ultimately it slammed into a pool of some kind. And again, five People Killed in this crash northbound 99 all of the lanes at last check were shut down for the investigation. So, that is certainly an area to avoid. If you know anyone in the valley give them a heads up. Back here closer to home, i will show you what the right looks like on highway 4. This is getting busier and busier heading out of the pittsburgh bay point area. This is pretty slow traffic here. And, at the bay bridge toll plaza we have a pretty decent backup. We have an update on a story that we have been following. Power has been restored to the San Francisco neighborhood where there was an underground takes motion overnight. It happened at about 12 40 am. At hyde street. Just a few hours walks away from union square. The blast blew off of a couple of manhole covers. They blame equipment failure for setting up the explosion and causing a small fire. Electricity along with cable and Internet Services were knocked out for a bit. Service was restored just about an hour ago and we understand that no one was hurt in the blast. Theyre investigating in earlymorning car crash. That badly damaged at least two parked cars. It happened around midnight on wilmont avenue. The driver was trapped inside his car and taken to the hospital. Police are not releasing information but they do plan to see if drugs or alcohol were a factor in that crashed. We now know the identity of a driver of a fuel tanker killed last week. The 23yearold of san jose was killed last wednesday in the rack. We showed you this in the accident. We showed you this. He was trapped inside of his truck after it overturned and burst into flames. Our Central Division will be responding and assisting us with the investigation. And, at this point we do not have an estimated time as to when the actual roadway will be open. What have you done with the passengers not injured . Some of the passengers are still on scene. Our officers had been set interest in their vehicles. Set sit and rest. We did have a large amount of resources response. We have the Atwater Police department, cal fire, and just some of the resources. And, also assisted us. And managing that scene. This is a substantial scene, it is a tragedy and, this will take a substantial amount of time to investigate. Have you been able to talk to the driver . Again, any information of the intricacies, we do not have that information. They were on their way to the oregon area . The preliminary information we have is that they were heading to the sacramento area. I am not sure if it was for a stop or something. However, that is information that we have as of now. They were heading towards the sacramento area. The charter buses not have any names on it. In addition to that, we do not have a company name involved. Again we are in the preliminary stages of the investigation, but as of what we can tell right now the traveling vehicle was north 99 when it made a turning movement and it collided. And at least five people are injured. 30 people on the bus, it was a tour bus coming from Southern California heading to the sacramento area. The chp officer said he did not know if it was a final destination. No company name, and they are not releasing ages. But northbound 99 is shut down he did not give an indication of when that might reopen. But five helicopters landed on that freeway. It is certainly a very intense scene. Yes, have a resources being called in. The fire department, cal fire, all converging on this scene of this deadly bus crash. In the southeast i would say, patterson, again northbound 99 completely closed but do expect delays in both directions as you heard. And we have a fresno fox affiliate, and they are going to continue to get updated information about this scene. Right now, northbound 99 completely shut down. They are investigating what we understand is that the bus went off the road and hit a pole. It actually went through the window of this charter bus and five people were killed. Five other people were airlifted to the hospital meaning that they have major injuries. This tour bus with 30 people on board was heading from Southern California heading up to the sacramento area it is unclear if that was the final destination for this bus. But the chp still investigating where it may have been headed. Northbound 99 is shut down entirely. And its right in that area between talent of atwater and livingston. The northbound lanes of the freeway remain closed in pump entirely for this investigation. There is no estimate on when the chp will reopen. And, i will closer to home, but commute is beginning to pick up. Coming west out of the walnut creek area. Getting busier and busier. Not showing any crashes on our map. That is good news.
