How police first found out and word that the school may have known about this before the police. Yes, police found out about this from a parent. The school apparently knew about this allegation. The teacher worked at summit tahoma charter school, its a high school on the same campus of oak grove high school. Police released the booking photo of zachary drew, he turned himself in on wednesday, he was arrested on three counts of having sex with a minor. Police say a concerned parent contacted them after hearing a rhyme or rumor that a teacher was having sex with a student. The school had concluded and investigation. We contacted school administrators, and were waiting to hear back. The school doesnt open for a couple hours. Were hoping to get more answers. Thank you. Were getting new information on a shooting rampage in kansas that killed four people including the gunman, a man armed with an assault stile weapon drove through hudson firing at people. That factory makes lawnmower parts. The gunman had been served with a protection from abuse order any minutes before the rampage. The sheriff did not offer details about who asked for the order. The gunman shot three people outside the plant and 15 inside before he was shot and killed by a Police Officer. This is a horrible situation. However, there was a particular Law Enforcement who responded right away. He took fire, he went inside of that place and saved multiple lives, a hero as far as im concerned. The sheriff says there were two or three hundred more people in the factory and the shooter was not done. At least 10 of the wounded victims are in critical condition. Back here in the bay area, today is the day the homeless encampment in San Francisco is due to be cleared out. The people have been told they have to leave and a shelter has been set up to take them in. You have been out there, some people have not left. Thats the case. You can see theres tents and a lot of People Living in this area. You can see the tents up. One of the gentleman we spoke with, well have sound from tommy in a moment. First well show you video. In the last couple hours here, a group of coalition of homelessness advocacies groups are here to advocate for the people in the area. People are on the streets here. Right now they are going to split us out and go to other places. They will say those people are over there. Its going to be like that. As we said, various homeless advocacies groups have shown up. Is that, whats the deal with the deadline, why is there so much confusion. Thats been a problem, they have not been giving Transparent Communication and theres not a plan on where people can go.
