Two cleveland Police Officers wont be facing criminal charges for killing that child last year. And a small group of protesters showed their frustration last night in cleveland after a grand jury decided not to indict the Police Officers. The Prosecutor Says a perfect storm of human error lead to the death of rice but also says there is simply not enough evidence to bring a criminal case against those two Police Officers.
