The prosecutor said that Eric Martinez here on the right and two other men attacked a Minnesota Vikings fan in the parking lot two weeks ago. And the incident was captured on cell phone video all three defendants are charged with assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury. Martinezs bail was set at 75,000.
