Investigators were not able to determine exactly what caused the building to go up in flames but as ktvu christine tells us, new information in that report. This 50 page report has found there is no conclusive determination as to the initial heat source or first material that were invited. This fire is being ignited, this fire is being classified as undetermined. It was only posted publicly online today. The report there are new pictures of the inside of the ghost ship warehouse taken by investigators showing how some areas were damaged more heavily than others. Concludes the fire started in the northwest area on the ground floor. The report says there were electrical outlets but occupant says they were not operational and she did not know they existed before the fire. They used power strips to supply appliances, they didnt know where the power supply originated. The main Electrical Sub Panel was located next door in ottos shop. Engineers found two pole 50amp Circuit Breakers after the fire. There was writing inside the panel door that said main and upstairs. Each of the floors was served by an additional sub panel inside the care house. Both were heavily damaged in the fire debris and part of a makeshift system that supplied areas of the building with electricity. The report says 36 victims died of folk inhalation. The manager of the ghost ship house and creative director are facing 36 counts of Involuntary Manslaughter for those deaths. Santa rosa man remains in jail in connection with the mobile home fire that killed his mother. I an stamp is suspected of arson and homicide that destroyed the familys mobile home. 66yearold elizabeth stamp was trapped inside. Firefighters say the flames spread so quickly little chance of her getting out. The fire started in her sons bedroom, but they do not think he intended to kill his mother. Stamp is facing two felony charges for arson and murder. Investigators say the driver refused to stop despite repeated commands to do so. The name of the driver has not been released. We know the name of the man that was killed friday night in an officer involved shooting in antioch, Contra Costa County Coroners Office identified him as nathan banks. The officer had chased him, near the county fairgrounds where that confrontation occurred. Now Antioch Police say an officer approached banks as he was sitting in a car. The officer says he noticed that banks had a handgun. Investigators say the officer ordered banks to stay in the car but instead they say he ran off. Police say they found banks on the porch of a near by home and Officials Say the officer was forced to fire his weapon in defense of his own life. Investigators say banks was hit three times, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The officer was not hurt. Three motorcyclists accused of road rage attack on a lyft driver in San Francisco pled not guilty to felony assault and vandalism charges. Williams, rodriguez, and johnson appeared in court yesterday. The attack back in march started when a group of 15 dirt bike riders were involved in a side show on highway 101 near Caesar Chavez street. The lyft driver tried to pass but the riders blocked him, vandalized his car and bet him. The driver suffered serious injuries.
