Theres new information about a couple accused of trying to kill a baby inside an mcdonalds in san leandro. They did not enter pleas. Theyre accused of conspiring to kill brookss 11month old son that he had with another woman. He baited the mother of the baby to meet him at the mcdonalds last week. Prosecutors say that ibay went up to the baby boy fired a shot and missed while brooks was waiting outside. Brooks mother says is innocent. I hate that my son is behind bars for something he didnt do. Hes not that kind of person. Court records show ibay confessed telling detectives the plan was the idea of brooks but he denies any involvement. Both are due back in court next month. We are now hearing about another problem at albany high school. According to the Bay Area News Group the school discovered an Instagram Account that contained sexually explicit pictures of students. School officials reported the incident to albany police. This follows a series of racist incidents at the school. 11 students were suspended and there were protests on the campus.
