Good morning, welcome to mornings on 2. Im tori campbell. And im dave clark. Lets check weather and traffic. Were going to steve first. Good morning, lots of low clouds in place. Breaks here and there. Most of the forecast area has low clouds or you can see it. We have get a couple holes in the fog bank. The low which gave us wild weather this week has accelerated up to oregon. A little system which will enhance the fog tomorrow and tonight. And 52 to 62, a lot of low clouds, some sun and mostly sunny, partly cloudy skies by noon, 5 to 78 and 60 to 90. Mostly sunny. Most will be in the 60s 70s and 80s. 56, 57, 58, a couple low 60s toward san jose, thats about it. San franciscos high temp has been quiet this week. 67 today just because. It will be close. Right about average though, for this time of year. The one system moves out and another one will be in here a little bit later. But overall, it looks like a quiet pattern here. Warmer inland, not a lot. The delta breeze seems to be less today than it was yesterday. That allows for 60s, 70s and 80s. Heres sal. Steve, we have had a heck of a problem with some of these maps and commutes, i should say. I look at them as maps. Northbound 101 right here. You can see all the red coming up because of an earlier crash near fully road. Now that crash has been cleared, but traffic is going to be very slow. The accident was there. But the traffic as you can see is still very slow as you drive on northbound 101, and i also want to mention in the east bay, we also had some slow traffic on 24 and 580. Fortunately they did clear the crash and the back up went away rather quickly. Thats the good news on 580. 8880 is slow getting into downtown oakland. Westbound 80 at the bay bridge toll plaza is backed up. Thats lighter than usual and the commute on interstate 880 near the coliseum and that traffic moves well. 7 03. Lets go back to the desk. Thats good news, but theyre now also putting up an out post in the area of tarwalaome city. Burning unchecked, inside the park boundary and just a couple miles from hetche. Its burning in steep and difficult terrain. Its in the trees and the weather hasnt been great. It worked against them yesterday allowing the fire to just kind oaf take off, and they are expecting a similar day today weather wise. So thats not giving them much hope for trying to get ahead of all of this, but they are hanging out there for the day, getting a look at the fire and trying to keep it from moving. We have our own ktvu robert at base camp and well hear from him in 40 minutes. Were getting a birds eye view of the fast moving fire.
