They hope the clipper only entities will reduce the wait times at the gates and sometimes the machines will jam using paper tickets and that can temporarily slow down the gate which slows it down for everyone. Bart says the benefits of clipper are cute clear. We are trying to get more of the riders to use the clipper and already 60 are and we want that percentage higher. Clipper is a convenient way because you can use it at all of the transit agencies and you dont have to fumble around with your changer remember the fair. It worked out good.
