Reporter when you walk on the trail, you see his face on a memorial growing near the trail head. Numerous people who knew him visit the trail during the day. I dont have any words for it. They created the Living Institute based in middletown. They moved to costa rica but returned to his wife could be treated for breast cancer. Police identified the suspect as 26yearold kevin of can jose. They say he was a previous acquaintance of the victim who is not being named at this time. Police say she was stabbed several times. He is being held without bail. A man lured a Police Officer from his car and beat him. 20 years juan gomez facing charges that include assault and battery on a Police Officer. Problems say he approached an officer in South Sacramento on monday and told him there was a man with a gun in the area. When this officer got out, he beat him and tried to take the officers begun gun. Prosecutors say he did not take part of the beating but today by recording the incident. Then he refused pleas by the officer for help. That officer was able to call for help on his radio. He suffered significant facial injuries and is now recovering at home. They introduced an ordinance yesterday to create the 250,000 fund. He says it would be offered only after a homicide has gone unsolved for a year and only if the chief of police determines the reward is necessary. He said the city offers rewards in specific cases which could lead to the perception that some cases are more important than others. Now to the search for three expensive pieces of public artwork that vanished this week in San Francisco. The art was stolen from a plaza near the ferry building.
