That they are no longer facing the administration and certainly not immuned to the criminal charges. Ricardo perez resigned in june from the contra costa police department. He has been charged of engaging with a minor and performing lewd acts in public. Just this week this is his picture from the linkedin page. Charged of lewd acts in public. Oakland Police Officer brian bunn was charged of obstruction for justice for allegedly tipping off guap to undercover prostitution stings. And another oakland officer, was charged with searching Law Enforcement data bases without the official purpose. The Alameda County da says that he had sexual contact with guap in contra costa. But the da says that no cases involving them have classified them here. Carol smith was charged with searching the data bases for no reasons. I learned that they investigated, but decided not to prosecute smith on charges that he sexually assaulted guap in a richmond park. She was 18 at the time. Guap texted me this picture showing me this exchange between her and smith, which he threatened to kill himself saying, you it it again, it is all your fault. I hope that youre happy and youre the devil. Oakland Police Sergeant johnson who was retired has been charged of failing to report the misconduct. An oakland officer seen here in another picture sent to me by guap was charged for a sex act with a minor. The oakland Police Officer sergeant said that the actions of a few are disappointing, but they want to remind those of oakland that the overwhelming majority of oakland Police Officers are out there working hard for our community. Alameda da Nancy Omalley says that two other officers involved with guap, they have no jurisdiction there and the same goes with king county where a federal Police Officer has been accused of offering to pimp celeste guap. Crews in lafayette are mopping up the scene of a house fire this afternoon. That fire broke out just after 1 00 on the 3300 block of betty lane just off st. Marys road. Crews say that smoke and roads are visible from the front door when they arrived on scene. That there were no injuries. The cause is under investigation. Ten people are injured this morning when an suv plowed into a Community College classroom. It happened at 9 00 this morning as solano Community College in fairfield. The male driver suffered some sort of emergency medical emergency and swerved right into the building. The classroom was filled with students taking a math test at the time. Seven people including the driver all had to be taken to the hospital. One of the students was trapped between the suv and the wall. Fridays on campus arent as crowded. And they were taking place. There will be a lot of fog here right now. That we are dealing with basically better air quality than what we have seen and that we have better air quality than seeing temperatures in san jose in the mid70s so it is not bad at all. The fog for the coast tomorrow morning, the forecast model to look at the coast that it is everywhere. All nine bay area counties. It will burn off and then tomorrow a lot like today and youll see the temperature footprint showing you a lot of 70s and 80s over the bay area. There is your 90s with the hot spots. Well here is 100 just down here towards stockton. Most of those numbers taking you to the east side of the valleys will be taking you up there. That you will probably pick up the upper 90s. Overnight lows in the 50s. Look at this here 50. And you will find 48 to 49 degrees, pretty darn chilly with that fog. Its extending down to the south where there is a lot of fog. For your bay area weekend and saturday a lot like today, but then the big changes will be coming as we head towards your bay area on sunday. Were told that the parents of the family and the Community Leaders and friends are all in attendance tonight. Its been a day of fast moving developments in the growing protest over an oil pipeline. All due to temporarily stop their construction on the 4 billion access pipeline. But federal authorities asked them to voluntarily pause construction in order to review their permits.
