I got a message from a woman who said you know what, i served in the United States air force for 6 years so that someone like Colin Kaepernick could sit down during the National Anthem. Thats what both sides of the arguments are. Obviously for many people the National Anthem is considered sacred and you do nothing to desecrate the National Anthem. Other people would say those are exactly the freedoms people are out this fighting for which demonstrates both sides of the argument. But i think the thing that probably was not anticipated about this is now every place the 49ers go, every single National Anthem in which they participate you know where the cameras are going to be focused now. If anybody thought this was going to be a one week thing thats going to go away and the publicity will blow over that will be the focus of the attention every single type they take the field from now on. For sure you talked about earlier debate that it causes like personal beliefs versus the good of the team is this going to cause a huge distraction of the 49ers moving forward.
