Reporter French Police are hunting for a second fugitive directly involved in fridays deadly attacks as investigators would conduct hundreds of raids. That he addressed the u. N. Some say that they were disappointed, but they understand that concern. And there was a scare today. And the woman on the light was detained, but they landed that morning at their airport. That she is apparently intoxicated, became unruly, trying to open the exit door. She was retrained, then taken in to custody by police. San Francisco Police and the fbi are investigating the hate crime. That that you can notice that they were painting the Crescent Moon symbol on the schoolyard wall. And that the School Leaders say that they would immediately call police. Investigators believe a that it will be from that group of the religion called 5 nation. Founded by the students. And that our preliminary investigation shows that it was more of a Domestic Group and our special Investigations Division and the fbi. A look at the vandalism in trying to figure out who did it, what the reasons were. Reporter they are looking closely. And while police would conduct their investigation. We obtained a dramatic new video. And you can see the bus barreling down their street last friday afternoon. Scattered orange streets. The buses in the right lane there and in one of the videos, youll see their first. Being pushed in front of the bus. 20 people, they were injured, including the bicyclist. Several cars were also struck. But the bus came to a stop when they crashed in to scaffolding and one man narrowly almost ended up being hit. The investigation will take time as they have to interview the 20 people injured, plus at least another 30 witnesses. And that there are questions about the bus company. Saying that they have to answer it. The preliminary report says that the license plates, they did not match what was on file. And sources tell ktvu that bad breaks are believed to be the cause of that crash. And a 17yearold student in the south bay is facing child pornography charges after they say that they posted and shared inappropriate pictures of his underage female classmates on instay gram. Allison smith is at Lincoln High School in san jose tonight where they went to school. This really is a wake up call for parents . Reporter yeah, a wake up call for parents and students, that they may not have realized the consequences, the serious consequences by no means is it a laughing matter that authorities would say. But they are now facing child pornography charges, possibly be suspended or expelled. This is what paraded over the loud speaker. Thanking students for their help after San Jose Police would identify the 17yearold that started on the Instagram Account, with their female classmates. It is kind of terp fying to think about because it is like a lot of different people who have shown up on the website apparently. Reporter neither the School District nor police would go in to detail about that account, other than to say that School Administrators found out about it on monday, notifying police. And this senior, they say that some of her friends were victims. I thought it was childish. And just the fact that youre posting it. Depriving someone of their privacy. Like they just resurfaced out of nowhere. Reporter that they had photos, taken at parties outside their school. Girls with no ideas that their photos would be shared online. A lot of girls have left school crying because of their nude pictures up on instagram. Reporter but it wasnt just nude photos that random pictures were taken from social media accounts, also posted with the derogatory remarks about female students. Calls to parents were made and a letter sent home, urging parents to talk to their children. It is important to really think about those posts. And really think about how they can easily spread it. And social media and obviously that they do not, you know, know any boundaries. Im going to get in to hi daughters account to make sure that im aware of what they are posting. Reporter well that Instagram Account has been taken down and that the school is working with representatives from instagram. Developing news now from the nfl as oakland raiders, the linebacker aldon smith has been suspended for a full year. He used to play with the 49ers with several runins with the law and finally cut earlier this year after being arrested, again for dui. He is here and that it feels like they are finally getting serious. And that he is paying the consequences . Yeah, thats the interesting thing about them and their reaction to this and is it arbitrary what the nfl would do . Because they dont have that uniformed plan. And so to a lot of fans that are reaching out to social media that they are saying wow, a year . It sounds like a lot, but if you think about aldon smith and their recent history, maybe it is just what they should get. That people would talk about them and appealing this decision. Well that apparently is not possible. Because it will be their second time being suspended for their abuse issues. And that you cannot appeal after your second suspension. So it is your suspension and 16 games, effective immediately. And after being released by the 49ers, he was signed to the raiders for the rest of this year. Interesting to note that it will be a free agent after the season. That it is not necessarily true that he would ever come back for the raiders. But one thing for sure, it is a very costly suspension for aldon smith, instead of being paid up to 323,000 per game. Wow. And so you know that being it is a contract year for him and that it does not go well for the free agent market too. And is this practicing too or just in time . Yeah, he is out there camping near their facility that we would hear reports today that they would show you the teammates. From our report that you need to give them c. At least six women are reportedly planning to sue actor Charlie Sheen after announcing that he is hiv positive. The women claim that he did not tell them about his disease. But sheen said that he told all of his partners that he was hiv positive. Saying that he first tested positive for hiv four years ago. Today he was asked pointblank whether he had transmitted the disease to any others and he said, impossible. Impossible. Even though that he does admit that he had unprotected sex with two partners. Sheen also said that as of today hes healthy. Saying because of his medication that the the hiv is now a chronic disease and not a death sentence. Weve been talking to people that live with and treat hiv and that what is it that they would hope he would do . That it sparks a conversation with more conversation about how to prevent getting hiv and how to live with it. Im okay with a lot of things happening. Reporter for the last 28 years, he has been living with hiv. And today that his computer has been clogged with the news of the other person that is living with hiv. Actor Charlie Sheen. I hope that it is an opportunity to bridge some of these things. That i hope that people will not judge. And i hope that it will get the support that they would need. I think that it will be a good time to educate people. Reporter times have changed in the three decades since he was diagnosed. And today that hiv is a manageable disease with less stigma. And in the late 80s, a death sentence and a Scarlet Letter in one. I mean that when you get cancer you get flowers. When you have hiv they come and burn down your house, the fear that a lot of people live with. Reporter today the Life Expectancy is the same as someone without it. That of the 1. 2 million americans with hiv a staggering 61 are not seeing a doctor for care. Hiv advocates hope that someone as well known as Charlie Sheen going public will help change that. I love that they came to terms with that and said that im hiv positive. Open and honest about it so it is not an issue anymore. Reporter the director of nursing at the San Francisco aids foundation clinic. And the 40 to 70 patients a day that come here, they dont have the actors money, but they do have access to the same treatments that sheens doctor says that they put the actors hiv at undetectable levels. It could be a little confusing. Not that they dont have the virus in their brain, but they have a tiny amount and the test that will be used to measure how much virus that it is so low that they could not pick it up. Making it harder to transmit. And that the medications that will help prevent the spread of the violence are game changers, that they say that they have also been at undetectable levels for years. And that it will be no longer worth it. And that you know that it is actually, you know, a change. And that i tell people to go out and fall in love. Reporter and here is how much things have really changed over the years, telling me two years after his diagnosis that in 1989 he had already outlived most of his friends, who were hiv positive. And for the advances today, really frank and julie that they are making the difference between just living and actually having a life. This reminds me of back in the late 80s, i interviewed someone hiv positive and they will never forget what they say as they no longer have long term plans, just shortterm goals. People back in the day running up their credit card bills, whether that will be for their care or bucket list things because they did not expect them to be around. Right. And to look at it. And not just around, but the northern lights. Yes. That they could live as long as they could treat and manage that care. And that it would need to be that managed care and their lifelong managed conviction. And never fully goes away. No. Take a look at what is reeking havoc in the denver area. A stretch of interstate 25, you can barely see it out there. South of denver closed this morning after two jackknife semitrailers left 100 cars stranded. The whiteout conditions shut down about 160 miles of interstate 70 from suburban denver almost to the kansas border. Flights to and from Denver International airport were either canceled or delayed due to the blizzardlike conditions. Well around here, a much different story, actually a nice warmer day with less wind in the bay area and over to chief meteorologist bill martin there. Look at that sunset. Just beautiful there and a real nice looking weather outside. And taking about the denver weather that youre reading about, getting hammered out there with their break and the beautiful time of the year with some great color in the atmosphere and just a beautiful night. But the winds have died down. We were talking during the break warming up just a little bit today that you probably noticed that for the next couple of days with that system and that they would work their way across the country. That it will be spinning out in the denver area and most of the heaviest snow a couple of feet of snow that fell in eastern colorado. And most of the activity now, they have moved off the dallas and houston area with the tornado watches and warnings popping up in the red boxes. And what does this mean . That if you travel tomorrow to the eastern side east of the mississippi, even along the mississippi there. And check your carrier that there will be delays, probably around 24 hours, maybe a little longer. There is our weather system and all in the pacific northwest. One northwest that they will get their share of rain and within that last week. They will continue to get rain with a little shower activity to the north of us, but thats it staying high and dry for most of this week. That Steve Mccormick told them today that he was stunned by the news that his father is still alive. That he would not go in to details, but said he was truly sorry to all of his fathers fans.
