We want to start by playing a signature portion. And although we have edited out, it may be still be inappropriate for some of our younger viewers. I moved on her. She was down on palm beach. I moved on her and i fell. I did try to [ bleep ] she was married. You know, this was and i moved on her very heavily. I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. Ill show you where you have they have furniture. I move on her [ bleep ] and she was married. And now i see her shes got the big phoney [ bleep ] shes totally changed her looks. Yes. The donald is good. Tick tacks in case you start kissing her. Im automatically attracted to beautiful. I start kissing them. When your a star you can do anything. Grab them by the [ bleep ] do do anything. All right. Donald trump campaigned issued an apology saying this was a locker room banter. A private conversation that took place many years ago. Bill clinton has said far worse to me in the golf course. I apologize if anyone was offended. And we have also heard from clinton. She air ised this on twitter. Responding this is horrific. We cannot allow this man to become president. Joining us now, is joe twoman and donald trump has been able to weather a lot of storms but a lot of people think this might be it for him. Its actually an interesting way to open the segment. Because i think for the last several months, for the last year, we have all wondering what would be the tipping point. What is the saturation point beyond which the public will not tolerate or the polls will reflect the massive downturn in popularity for mr. Trump. I think i share the assessment of this. This is extremely vulgar. Its inappropriate on a number of levels and yet, if were thinking about this in terms of being october surprise, i dont know that too many people watching it will find surprising. Because its just the latest in a series of these things. Its i dont know that its going to tell some people something about mr. Trump they didnt really know. What we do know about his hard core supporters is that they sort of seem to look the other way on this. The question is, what will this do in the battleground states with those few voters undecided. And i think itll be decidedly negative. You saw the tweet from donald trump. He called this locker room banter. I dont know if it was an apology. What do you make of the tweet itself . I think he was trying to emphasize that this these were two guys talking and men do sometimes talking amongst themselves differently than they talk in the presence of women. Im not saying saying that justifies what he says but thats accurate. And it may well be the case women talking about men differently than they would if theyre by themselves. I think hes trying to lessen the impact to perhaps suggest that when men talk that way, theres a certain amount of brag and probably exaggeration and suggest that was the case here. The other piece to that, at the last part about bill clinton said things far worse to me. That was a warning shot fired over in mrs. Clintons saying if you intend to go there with me remember, im also ready to go there about your husband. And maybe its a smart move for the Clinton Campaign to actual let the news actually let the news people report this. Its obviously going to come up in the debate because the moderators are going to bring it up. How do you stand there and defend this and dont you think it does take to another level because youre actually hearing somebody that wants to be commander in chief saying these things. Yeah, we thought he might have possibly said these things. But when you actually hear it, its a bit jarring. And could only be made worse if we actually had the video of them talking about one another on the bus. Its this is the equivalent i guess if youre thinking about eaves dropping on the conversation. Some ways the impact of the mitt romney video recording released shortly before the election of him talking to his donors in. And the way he referred to different categories or classes of people. Do you remember that . And that was a difference maker in some ways in that campaign. Although i think the president was going to win anyway. That was still a pretty close race. And that. Coming out in the late date and hearing his own words and sort of didnt jibe with the public presentation he had been giving. But the difference is, this isnt the first time we have heard trump speak this way. And theres a pattern of behavior. This is just the latest. And it confirms the impression people already have. I dont know that its a big surprise. But i do think that there is some kind of threshold oversaturation point. And for people who have already made up their minds. This is important to them and i think women, more than 50 of the electorate. And they vote, more than often than men do. This will be very damaging for this campaign. All right. Thank you. Well be talking more about that throughout the evening. Sundays town hall debate does take place in st. Louis and well be moderated by cnns ann Anderson Cooper and Martha Reddit from abc. All right a Small Business owner in San Francisco is fed up. Hes tired of seeing drug addicts shooting up in full view of his customers. Passing out on the sidewalks, and others urinating on his front door. He started posting photos on twitter showing the activity thats taking place every day in hopes of getting city leader yous to finally act. And hone ore of the deli board. He joins us no and a lot of people have seen the pictures. A lot of people are caught off guard by the pictures. Tell me what youre seeing every day. The pictures are pretty indicative of what i see on a daytoday. Its as time has gone on, pictures seem to have gotten a little more gory and explicit in their tone but i think its indicative of the downturn in what the streets look like in San Francisco today. Some people say, we need to be more empathetic. Need to show more sympathy to those on the streets. But at some point you have to walk down the street and say this is not normal. There are certain things end are completely acceptable and im very, very empathetic to Homeless People who have had issues or challenges. What i think we see now, today, is a little bit more criminal activity, a lot more open air drug use, and a lot of Violent Crimes that hadnt really been an issue a couple years back. And i do know that soma has been traditionally a place where crime and drug use has been pretty prevalent. Yes, sort of a gritty part of the city. We went and asked city officials. We went and asked her to get a response about some of the problems as well as the mayor. I wanted to play about what mayors representative and kim told us about. Homelessness is a huge priority for the mayor. Since 2011 hes moved 3000 people off of the streets and into permanent housing. We need to be bigger and bolder how we address homelessness in the city. Were in the process of hoping 24 hour medical respite sell they are in the south of market. Set to open in january. Okay. You heard them both. Says this is a top priority for the mayor. And kim says we need to think bigger and approach in a different way. But i also live in San Francisco and i dont know if im satisfied with what either one said say. I think one quote, not sure where i pulled then, the mayor puts personnel and resources where the people want. And the people want to see a health city. A clean city, and a prosperous city, which is pretty counter intuitive to the message you see in the tree. I know there are sensitivity issues to the homeless and the way its been dealt with. Im not a politician nor do i have those solutions. But as a business own e i rely on them to give us safety, law enforcement, and really, the ability to run a business without having to police the activity that goes on inside as well as outside. And im not a business owner. But also give me the ability to walk down the street and feel like i am safe to walk down the street. Especially with my young daughter. Thank you so much for coming in. Keep us posted. If you do get any response from yourself. And let us know if this continues. Thank you. Thank you for having me. Appreciate it. All right. Ted . A gorgeous day around the bay area. Lots of blue sky for the navys blue angels. A million spectators expected to descend for fleet week. The first of three big air shows got under way hours ago. Live at marina greed with more. Tara . The blue angels just wrapped up their performances. But one of my favorite was actually by the drill core. They performed during halftime. They were here again today. One of the many dazzling displace by the u. S. Military here. In a style completely american, and holy San Francisco, fleet week fest activities kicked off with a parade of ships. For san jose native, its a dream come true. When i was a little kid, i got to watch the blue angels come. And now its like, im part of it. Probably the coolest thing ever. Always get a thrill when i see navy ships. Like seeing the sailors come into town. My grandpa was a marine. So its always special. Train for two and half months to get to this point. The silent drill platoon. This is to show the public what these men stand for. At this marine corps, is still alive. The discipline is still there. The honor and core is still there. Just to see whats going on. Whats out there. Its just great feeling. The u. S. Embassy First Marine Division band wowed crowds this morning. And the highlight of fleet week for most . The air show. The stars of the show, the blue angels of course. It really moves me because my father was a lieutenant in a wwii in the navy. So that has brought a flood of memories back to me. Something im not ever going ting for going ting for the. And ill be thankful for this experience. If you missed the drill platoon or band, they will be performing tomorrow morning at 10 00 on union square. And if you would like the to catch to catch the air show, that runs until 3 00 and tour of the ships, last pretty much all day through monday. Live until San Francisco, ktvu, fox 2 news. The team won the wild card game and now looking to build on that even year magic. Game one against the chicago cubs. The red hot chicago cubs. The team with the best record in the league. Fonzi here with more. This is just the start of the journey. They only have 11 more games to win. If you want to talk about the four championships in seven years. This does all have a familiar feel. Two years ago after a wild card win in pittsburgh, the giants headed to washington for a series they werent supposed to win. This year after the wild card win in new york, its onto chicago, where the cubs put together the best regular season record in the game. The giants were just at wrigley field. They played four games then and lost three of the four. That was part of the giants dark post all star game stretch. They got four hits or fewer in all four of those games. But all four were decided by just one run. Its johnny quato against john lester. Winning on the road has been a staple of giants three world series runs. Itll have to be that way again to win a fourth. We had a travel day yesterday. And it was a long travel day too. Coming from new york to here. You think we were heading to europe. Doing all of the waiting in traffic and waiting on airplane. Six or seven hours. But its good to stay in the flow of things. Ill be honest. Not take too much time off and doesnt give you too much time to think about anything. You know, we had to get here yesterday and play today. Cubs on the other hand havent played meaning physical games in quite some time. A couple line up changes in giants. At this point the storm is threatening southeast coastal communities including there in savannah, georgia and charleston, South Carolina. And areas a around. Much more rain expected in those areas. Reporter joel waldman is in the storm zone monitoring the latest developments and youre right where this thing is hitting at this point. What is the latest . Reporter good afternoon. Good evening to you out here. This thing is just Getting Started for us. Sort of skipped along the coast of florida, which is good news for florida. Although there have been several deaths reported down there and a lot of people without power. The bad new is, this could come up to savannah and charleston as almost a direct hit although time will only tell. The real concern is not so much the rain, and we could get up wards of a foot of rain. Instead, its actually the storm surge. The brunt of the storm really coming tonight into the tomorrow. And it coincides with high tide. So what im being told is theyre predicting anywhere up to a foot of storm surge. But you have to couple that with a high tide and right now the wind and rain is picking up up and down we have seen the winds and bands sort of pick up. But back to my point, you have to factor in the seven feet of high tide. So you have to factor in that seven feet of high tide. Lets say worse case scenario. You get a foot of storm surge. Its really 19 feet of water. Its got to go somewhere. The is Savannah River is behind us. They have had not a direct hit since 18 1898. 1898 p and then it sidestepped etch savannah and pummeled charleston. Which could in fact happen again. And the downtown area where you are, we talked to you yesterday, most people headed the warnings. Is that still the case . Yeah. Theres a dusk to dawn curfew. Yesterday, we were, on one of the sidestreets. There was a breath pizza place open that was a pizza place open. Were told it very good idea shut down today. And. And the media, thats about all you see out here. And police. The storm surge the big concern there. Thank you so much for talking with us. Appreciate it. They have been happening across the country. And people dressing up as clowns. Not necessarily saying anything. And saying were here. Is there anything illegal about what youre doing . Nothing illegal about it. I have researched the law and the closest i could come was 185 if you commit a crime and try to hide your face. Either the entire face or part of it. That in of itself is a crime. But in this case no. Its not a crime but could certainly lead to a crime. Its unnebraskaing. A lot of people, especially younger kids online. Are generally concerned. Ive got a middle schooler and high school. And theyre convinced something is going to happen. Clowns. And you would think this would be the first time it happened. Guess what . 1991. Same thing happened. I think its a little bigger now. And the internets. It gets out there more. And what im afraid of is, somebody is going to get hurt. Some High School Kid is going to think this funny, watch this. Theyre going to come up to somebody and something bad is going to happen. Because this is making so people so afraid and so apprehensive. We did have a case where there was a woman, who was at a bus stop and someone in a clown outfit of some sort had her baby pulled away from her and, you know, it could also trigger, put it not someone who does want to do ill will and uses it as an excuse and call to action. They have been foolish to do it now because even is so much higher alert. I wouldnt want to be naught a clown outfit. Or some of vigilante. All right. Lets talk about jasmine. You are recommend representing one of the Police Officers that has been cutting up on this. A member of the Oakland Police department. I know you cant talk too much about the case specifically. But they are two sides to every story. And we have seen through the filing of these lawsuits, what is the other side . As you said, i cant get in the facts from our perspective. But i can tell you some concerns. Some people are upset about polices for whats going on through the country. Will we be able to sell a full jury. Will people prejudge this . Its not what it appears to be in this case. It is not. And then you look at the jasmine guwap and you see a young girl that has its tragic that some of this has happened to her. Theres no question about that. But then comes into play is, shes asking for 66 million. Seems to have kicked the ethics of the this aside. The morality aside and now, theyre after money. So youve got to know its going to color her testimony somehow new this case. Knowing that kind of money might be at the end of this. So many Different Cases will be tried here. Do you think they will come or will it be one trial or what are you seeing the prosecution strategy. We havent even been arraigned here. So we havent seen all of the discover roy yet. We have certainly seemed sun of it. But what would be nice try alone. Because you have one officer. I dont know the other cases. You dont want the jury sweeping them all into the one. So were looking for a separate trial. Thats the way the case should be tried. Youve got a Police Officer accuseed by this woman, who herself informs a florida jail, for abusing a corrections officer there. Its going to be an interesting case. And i told you i mark my words.
