Oakland police now say a conflict between a group and a gang led to the mass shooting at the king of states campus on fontaine street wednesday. It appears that the shooters came into entry of the scho an individual or target and they begin to fire investigators dont get know who they were specifically targeting. But they say at least two shooters, maybe more used handguns with illegal extended magazines. Their idea. Identity is still not known. We also know that there were over 30 rounds fired on this campus. That is wholly unacceptable. We thank god that many more students were not injured as a result of this action, the chief says officers wasted no time going room by room, breaching classroom doors. We learned all six adults shot were connected to the school. Two of the victims are students. One is a counselor, one a Security Guard. The other two employees. Three of them are still in the hospital following yet another incident of gun violence in oakland. We will provide healing. And support and continue to work to change the conditions both at the Community Level and the individual level. To ensure that people do not result to violence. This shooting has raised questions about school security. Police are unsure of the front school doors were unlocked or wide open. The School District commended teachers and staffs quick thinking to lockdown classrooms at the staff, especially but also the students acted heroically yesterday in in getting this situation to a point where the peoplely affectt injured, were protected and safe campus. Will stay closed, at least for now. The key focus for investigators is reviewing video and othere out who these shooting suspects are and the gang. They may be tied to. We believe that our city, and well continue to follow up on leads to identify those responsible. Chief armstrong said today that back in august there was another incident at this campus and it did involve a firearm. But someone was arrested. But in this case, there is no indication that there was any warnings and the threats that are shooting would occur at this school. For now, it remains closed as there is a lot of repair work that has to be done following the shooting. And the subsequent search. My colleague henry lee will be joining us at five with a deeper look at the victims, but for now reporting live in oakland, brooks jarocz ktvu fox two news. Brooks the School District spokesman, really going into details today about how much damage was done there on the campus is Law Enforcement scoured each of those buildings looking for the suspected shooters. Its really a testament to their work, as those Law Enforcement officers rushed in and wasted no time. They even said that they didnt wait for the keys. They were just going room by room and breaking open the doors, making sure it was safe, making sure all the kids the teachers, the faculty were moved out of there to a safe location, and obviously those repairs will need to be made now, brooks jarocz thank you. For more perspective on yesterdays School Shooting and the recent spike in killings in oakland. I talked earlier with the chief of the Citys Department of violence prevention. This is an agency that does Community Outreach in the hopes of deterring people from picking up guns to settle conflicts. Guillermo cespedes tells me this approach is effective. But he says more federal funding is needed for the program. Organized doing despite what were hearing, um, a tremendous job at putting together a comprehensive strategy with local resources, and this is a as all mayors across the country are saying this is a bigger problem than just oakland. We have facing and National Crisis around the issue of violence. Do you look at what happened yesterday and see that maybe as some sort of an Inflection Point in in in in the city. Where where this might prompt some more action than weve seen in the past. My job is to focus on block by block neighborhood by neighborhood. I dont do the federal work. My blog is the family around the corner. And so to that end, um weve been very busy this past few weeks would actually been very busy since july, 17th right after we finished. Um ive come down nights strategy. So um, Inflection Point, um, its another Inflection Point. I think weve been watching the post covid pandemic on top of the pandemic. For two years now and not just tracking oakland. But whats happening in urban america across the country . Do you look at a period like what we have seen over the past week and think that there needs to be a shift in the strategy . And if so, what does that look like . No, i dont think the strategy needs to be shifted. I think that the resources to amplify the strategy needs to be needs to be expanded, for example. Were at seven of the daughters. The high schools with the most levels of violence. For data. This occurred in a school. There was not one of the target schools because it didnt have that history of violence. We dont have the resources to cover every high school. Now, having said that i have to be very mindful not to just simply say to the public that we need more resources. This strategy itself has been identified, um, past. Um, the second best strategy across the country. Um for a city very small, and if you look at the amount of funding it is a very, um um its a strategy that its were spending less money than many cities. Um so no, its we need more resources. The strategy is evidence proven evidence based assessment is tells me the department of violence prevention in oakland has a staff of 30 people, and only about half of them do direct work out in the field. He says. More people on the ground doing that outreach work will truly help to make a dent in the citys homicide rate. You know what . For today, the dublin pleasant imparts station has reopened following a hazmat incident that temporarily shut down operations. Police closed that station around one this afternoon with employees and riders evacuated from the station. Firefighters and hazmat crew arrived on scene with employees telling ktvu that smoke near the base of the escalators prompted the station closure. We later learned from sources on the scene that a battery left inside a trash can was smoking. Our cameras captured that hazmat crew working to ensure the area was safe. I understand like if its hazardous for us to be in there that they keep us waiting, but im just eager to go visit my family. The station was cleared in the platform reopened riders around 2 30 this afternoon. There was no word from bart officials who left that battery behind or what caused it to emit smoke. On whether a bit of a warm up for us here in the bay area. Of course, we continue to track powerful Hurricane Ian right now, a category one storm and making a second length on the u. S. As we head into your friday, but just to kind of step back a little bit and look at the different strengths of these different hurricane. So as you can see here at category one lead to so much some dangerous winds and some damage with winter 74 95 miles an hour category too extreme wind, extensive damage. Category three and category ford and unfortunately were seeing right now out of florida, kind of consistent with this catastrophic damage extreme winds with that landfall yesterday yesterday afternoon. So thats the latest at least the least give you some perspective from a category one to category four storm heres a satellite showing you the landfall yesterday and then right now, ian is moving out into the atlantic and strengthening once again earlier today, we were calling this Tropical Storm ian right now. This is Hurricane Ian with winds of 75 miles an hour. Taking a quick sampling of some of the rainfall totals across parts of florida. Were not just talking about several inches, some areas reporting over 18 20 over 23 inches of rainfall, so that is consistent with some of the images we are seeing today. Coming out of florida right now. Hurricane ian wins the 75 miles an hour, moving to the north northeast of 10 miles an hour, so we have the warm waters of the of the atlantic. Allowing the storm to strengthen. Here is the projected path. Once again, the second landfall in the u. S should be roo. Possibly late tomorrow morning into the afternoon hours, and it could be right around the charleston area for your friday back here in the bay area, the complete opposite , not a cloud in the sky, lots of sunshine and quiet weather pattern and warming one as well. That trend will continue in your friday forecast. Heres a look at your forecast ties for tomorrow seventies and San Francisco widespread eighties and the warmest locations will be in the lower nineties. What about your weekend . Well have more on that forecast coming up in just a little bit. Hispanic heritage month. Ktvu is highlighting bay area, one of a kind coming up, youll meet the owner and head chef of casa born kenya soon to be oaklands very first vegan puerto rican restaurant. Ranks as foodie heaven, with plenty of plant based restaurant serving up globally inspired cuisine, and one local chef is certainly making a name for herself by running the only vegan puerto rican food business in the area here to help us celebrate hispanic heritage month as chef lulu of casa born in kenya. Thank you so much for being here, boy, this is this is exciting. Have you have you always been vegan . And what did you think that this was an important thing to bring two people here in oakland . I wasnt always vegan. Um during the pandemic, i was home. Not exercising not doing much. And i felt like i needed to stop eating meat. And during that process, i said, okay, if im doing this, my Business Needs to represent me. Also. And i decided to make it vegan. Um im also a partner at another restaurant thats called malibus burgers, so that one is also a vegan restaurant. And it was an easy transition for me to do that. So i decided to, you know, just go for it and not doubt myself at all, and im here now, and its been a huge success. I know that people love the pop up events talk a little bit about what you serve because i know that you have deep puerto rican roots. And these are family dishes that you that you modified a bit. Yes. Um well, one of our main dishes that we do is our gondolas. Um with our vegan chicken and onions. Which is called border and so and you know, we do our sweet plantains and we have a sampler plate that will come with different, um, will have like original papa or an alka pauriol, which are that is a stuffed potato and, um the other one is made of banana. Impossible is a big train down those dishes. Um, yeah. So those are a lot of auditions sounds sounds delicious. What is it, though, about puerto rican food that that that just makes people feel so at home and so comfort well, i think that what makes us that brings us together. You know, like puerto rican food brings people together. Um i guess its our energy. You know , it can be various things. But i know that our food is what really unites us as puerto ricans, and i felt like the Vegan Community could definitely benefit from that. So im like super excited that im able to do this because a lot of the dishes are meat centric in puerto rican cuisine. So was that hard for you to make that adjustment . Yes because you know , um, when i first made the transition, i got a little bit of bad rap from a lot of my followers. Yes i got a lot of messages telling me that i couldnt do without the pork that you know thats the center. You know, a lot of all dishes are cooked, you know, with some pork to give the smoked and that flavor and, um, i was, you know , i doubted myself a little because i was so afraid that how would i, you know, convey that veganism, but so far ive been really fortunate in doing that. And i think that, um it was a good move. Im really happy with how have you been able to do it . Is it just kind of changing spices, and that sort of thing well meet doesnt really have a flavor. We introduced flavors to me, you know, and a lot of people dont understand that me is gamey. If you dont season it , its not going to taste like nothing. So the texture is not, you know, im not conveying the textures all the time. You know, its not going to feel like how you feel when youre eating meat, but they are. You know it fools the brain. The flavors are there and im using all the same flavoring except the pork. Okay, i know that you youve just been having these pop up events you can. You can get orders online. If youre familiar with this great restaurant in oakland, but exciting news. Youre actually planning to open your first restaurant. How excited are you about that i am extremely excited. I just been doing everything we can to get open. Um tomorrow we have an inspection and hopefully everything will work out. And if everything works out tomorrow, we should be opening. I would say the second week of october. Okay so something for people at home to look forward to and again, same kind of idea at the restaurant. As what people were experiencing bigger menu. Itll just be a bigger menu, and im thinking of introducing a little bit about puerto rican breakfast that we have. Um and im thinking of doing that. Okay, so even expanding more, you know, its not every day as we wrap up this conversation that someone is able to take a chance and try something new. Youve got to be so proud of yourself for having this idea for shifting during the pandemic and for it to be such a big success. I am very excited and very proud. You should be in your daughter too. Who is here in the studio chef . Lulu really appreciated. Im hoping to stop by we, alex and i, hes a real foodie. But we both really love puerto rican food. So we got to come by and check it out. Thank you. So much for being here and best of luck, hoping that inspection goes well today. Thank you. Thank you. Hmm. And after the grand opening, you will be able to find chef lulu and casa born in kenya in oakland, right there on shattuck avenue and on instagram as well at casa born kenya ktvu celebrating hispanic heritage month through october 15th for more hispanic heritage month stories. Be sure to visit our website ktvu. Com. Ah alex icu and i getting dinner there very soon. That sounds fantastic. All of the all of the dishes sound wonderful. I cant wait to try them. Thank you both. The new District Attorney, Brooke Jenkins, today said that fentanyl presents quote new and unprecedented risks and that the way the legal system response to it needs to change. Her office will charge drug traffickers with murder if theyre linked to a certain Drug Overdose. Death ktvu sally rastus explains how legal analysts and Community Groups are responding to that change. San francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins says her office is letting felony drug dealers know that if their product leads to an overdose death in the future, they will face Second Degree murder charges, the statement reads. In part, quote the level of death and misery on our streets is unacceptable. We have to send a strong message in the community and in the courtroom that we will not stand by and allow dealers to kill innocent people and those suffering from addiction, end quote. Jenkins also says her office will seek to keep some suspected drug dealers in Police Custody before their trials begin, according to the San Francisco chronicle, 474 people in the city died of a Drug Overdose last year, an increase of more than 2000 since 2016 think it will have a drastic effect and wipe out drugs selling. Im not that naive, and i dont think she is or the government is, but it will give them a another weapon or arrow when their quiver to use against drug dealers, one that hasnt been used in San Francisco in the past couple of years, District Attorneys in sonoma plaza in San Bernardino counties have charged drug dealers with Second Degree murder. Francisco was known as being very laxed and the wonderful place to sell drugs. And the message. Hes sending us nothing not going to be so friendly to you anymore. Critics of the idea say its a repeat of the tough on crime drug policies of the eighties and nineties that led to high incarceration rates and didnt solve the problem of addiction end the open air drug markets plaguing our city within minutes of the announcement, Jenkins Campaign Office Released a new ad touting her tougher sentences for drug dealers. Opponents of these ideas say, adding Second Degree murder charges to some cases. Tickle not practical solution until. Jenkins Brooke Jenkins was appointed as San Francisco de a after voters overwhelmingly recall chaser boudin back in may. She is running in the november election to keep her seat. This is one of the policy changes that she has announced since getting into office. Now. Some are skeptical about jenkins new approach to fentanyl dealers, including the Public Defenders Office, and he did. Nava is managing attorney in the felony unit at the Public Defenders Office. I thank you so much for being here. As we all know, the city is dealing with a Drug Overdose epidemic. Why is why is this not a good strategy . I mean its being used successfully elsewhere. Uh thank you for having me and you know, like, i would i would beg to differ about that last comment has not been really used successfully elsewhere and there there are a lot of states that have pursued this failed experiment and are showing that these increase public safety. Were seeing in our courts day in day out are the same vulnerable. For black and Brown Community members that are relatively low subsistence dealers that are being prosecuted. I understand you. You also believe that a policy shift like this is likely to have some unintended consequences, including potentially deterring people from from helping others who might need medical attention. Explain what your concerns are. Yes and i think thats true. I think that you know the idea that were gonna target high level dealers that are multiple levels removed from the person that is actually overdosing. Its just its just unrealistic and they know its not true, most likely that the people that get targeted other people that are with the addicted person when they are sick and when they are overdosing and who are not going to want to call 911 or take someone to the hospital. If they know that its going to resolve in Police Scrutiny and police involvement. Okay. But what about this idea that if you have someone who is selling fentanyl, those that look like candy or what have you to a teenager and that teenager dies. What is the problem with going after the person who sold that teenager that deadly lace drug you know it is. Ive i have seen the stories in the news and i am the mother of two Young Children , and i think its absolutely tragic that the deaths that we have seen, but well what were seeing in the interim District Attorneys policies is not a policy thats going to realistically target some of the extreme cases that were following in the news what were watching every day in our courts. Is vulnerable indigent communities, black and brown people in the tender line who are largely selling drugs is subsistence dealers, some of them supporting their own drug habits. Um who who are being caught up over criminalized and over prosecuted in our system . Obviously you you understand the court system a bit better than most of us do from from a practical standpoint here how challenging is it going to be to actually prove that this drug dealer sold the drugs that led to this person dying from an overdose . Do you think its going to be extraordinarily challenging to make that leap of connections . Its extremely attenuated. You know the types of cases that we see at 8 50 brian on a day to day basis, and i think that its political grandstanding. And while people in our communities want answers and want solutions, our clients who are done dying on the streets want solutions . This is not where we should be targeting are very, very scarce resources. Okay, before i let you go, so you dont think that this would be enough of a threat . To deter any sort of criminal behavior and prohibit those from dealing fentanyl. I dont and i think that this is we know this from 50 years of living through the war on drugs that ratcheting up penalties, escalating jail time and prosecution has not been an effective deterrent to ending the Public Health crisis that we see in our streets. All right, we have to leave the conversation there. We appreciate your time i needed nava, managing attorney in the felony unit at the Public Defenders Office in San Francisco. Thank you for taking the time. Thank you. Addressing the growing growing Mental Health concerns among students, families and educators. The Mental Health matters act delivers the resources students , educators and families need to improve their well being today took steps to address the growing greats of both depression and anxiety. The Mental Health matters act passed in a largely Party Line Vote today it passed by the senate, it would increase access to support services and resources for children. Students workers and families and joining us now live this afternoon is east bay congress and mark tamayo. Sonia he co authored this bill. Thank you so much congressman for being here. We have seen a dramatic increase in Mental Health challenges. I know you talked about it today. Theyre on the house floor in the 2022 Kids Count Data book, which was released in august reveals that about 1. 5 million children here in the u. S experience, depression or anxiety throughout the first year of the pandemic, congressman, how do you believe that your bill will help well, thank you for inviting me. I really appreciate it such as important issue one that i put a lot of effort into and all my years in public life. Um yeah, this bill will create a pipeline, so we get more young people to go into the field. One of the things were struggling with that wonderful places like ucsf and the National Institute of Mental Health. We are learning so much about trauma and stress and how we respond to it as humans, but were not deploying that information. We know that kids if they get therapy, theyre most likely to be to get past these issues. Depression and suicide. Um 10 of kids have attempted suicide in 2021, United States. 130 suicides overall in the United States today. So this bill is meant to address that both in the urgency of now, but developing Long Term Support this country, thats thats a sobering statistic there, congressman. Theres also this Ripple Effect that students struggling with depression and anxiety or having on schools and educators. Yes so thats a big part of the bill as well in my district in contra costa over the years, the number one thing when i go out, and i do this a lot with teachers and parents and administrators is the teachers need more counseling and therapy as well because theyre carrying so much burden , so its even more in the early researchers showing his kids go back to school. More pressure, so this bill also helps with more support. For teachers. Okay some republicans, congressmen say this is dangerous policy that threatens access to critical workplace benefits. Heres congresswoman virginia foxx, the Top Republican on the education and Labor Committee today. Providing the ol with the authority to level civil monetary penalties against plans and increase their risk of litigation. Wolf only forced plans to drop Mental Health coverage. This money would be better spent on compliance assistance instead of targeting employers based on and big you assess standards. So what do you make of her argument . Friend and a colleague and we talked before the hearing. Weve talked multiple times. Weve had hearings of my subcommittee that virginia has been part of. I disagree with her experience in california, is that employers who want to help their employees, uh get the information and we supply information in this bill to make it easier for people to comply, so were not have too good employers but in the Affordable Care act that congress required parity between Mental Health and medical, so thats what were trying to enforce existing statute. I want to do it efficiently and im looking forward to working with representative fox. Weve had good discussions about some of her consent concerns. Im happy to include them if they address the real issue, and i disagree based on what we see in california and around the country about compliance issues , alright, congressman sonia will be following this bill as it heads next to the United States senate. Thank you. Thank you. Well, barry a weather nicely little warm up today across the region. This pattern should continue into your friday forecast, so it looks like a nice pattern, at least over the next day or so, and just a minor changes as we head into the weekend so you can see the bottom row, the highest from today. The top road the projected numbers for tomorrow and not a major change, but still, he probably noticed that to change stepping outside for a little bit of a walk today. Sunny and warmer. Have a nice day to get outside for a walk or a bike ride. Heres a satellite once again, and the one thing its hard to ignore is a Hurricane Ian as you cant see right now in the atlantic, and its a category one storm regaining strength with winds of 75 miles an hour out across the west. It is very quiet. We had some fog this morning. Clearing skies into the afternoon hours. Heres a satellite throughout the day. Lots of sunshine out there even out towards the coast and current number of San Francisco 68 santa rosa 85 degrees lots of eighties inland and 1 90 showing up toward fairfield right now, 90 degrees and san jose in the lower eighties. Heres a live camera this afternoon looking out toward the golden gate bridge, the marin headlands. You can see the north bay hills as well, looking very nice at their air quality is not too bad, and still its not extremely hot, but still kind of comfortable range. Still as temperatures trend up a little bit overnight temperatures for your friday starting out the day partly cloudy skies. We could still have some patchy fog out there, especially right near the immediate coastline and temperatures in the fifties and sixties and then into the afternoon. Hours is brighter colors represent the warmer temperatures. So most areas a little bit warmer, and we should have some more nineties to report tomorrow afternoon. Hot spots around 92 maybe 93 degrees tomorrow afternoon earlier that week, were talking about this guys little trough in the upper levels. The atmosphere this kept our temperatures in check. But now this area of high pressure, which is offshore this wants to build in and thats leading to our little bit of a warm up before today and tomorrow. That will be the case for tomorrow. Friday should be the warmest day of the week and then well send the temperatures down into the weekend. Once again, not a big change, but still temperatures trending down for both saturday and into sunday tomorrow, though, some apache fog coast side especially for the Morning Hours forecast high seventies in San Francisco. Alright this past weekend, comedian Chris Riggins won the prestigious San Francisco comedy competition. The berkeley native squared off against dozens of talented comics from all across california in a four week long competition and then took home the title. Chris joins us here in the studio this afternoon. Fresh off that big win, chris. Congratulations thank you. Thank you. Fantastic weve known each other for a long time. I know youve worked hard for this. Yeah, it was. What what does this this win in this competition mean to you . To me. It just means validation. Ive been doing comedy since 2008. I got into comedy. My first set. I opened up for dave chappelle. So like my first thats pretty good first show. Im like doing the biggest stage and then you know you go through the trenches of it and then to finally get back to this, i guess, say pinnacle. It feels good. Its a relief. Its a validation. Um super excited for what is gonna happen. Whats going to bring and all that stuff . So how does a comedy competition work . How do you how do you judge how funny someone is . I mean, it seems like such a subjective thing is and you know, the funny thing is like its so subjective that they have to create criteria for it. So this one they broke it down to stage presence, delivery material. Crowd reaction crowd report. Um so it was kind of like a point system. Its like i just kind of hit the points and remain funny with it, but its very hard because you know, i always tell people when they ask me if someones funny if i dont think theyre funny, i say, well, theyre not funny to me, but somebody might find them exactly because i dont know what people sense of humor is, until i say a joke and a laugh or dont laugh. So, yeah. And you know, its clear the clip we played there at the top. I mean, you youre not just doing comedy. Youre youre doing. Social commentary comedians are you know, like comedians are the social commentary comment. Commentators of the world if you look at like when jon stewart was doing the daily show, it was the most trusted news source in america at the time, and that says a lot so for me being from berkeley. You know, barclay and you know, we march. We hippies and all that. So i got to Say Something thats more than just to put some message in the laughter. Yeah, absolutely. Its so obviously we go back quite a ways we did youth radio radio back in the picture of you actually reporting found that picture for their segments. But how . How does your your your experience growing up in the east bay . How does that shape who you are when youre up there on that stage comedy. Youre from the east bay youre from youve been around berkeley, San Francisco, oakland in the three distinct cities. Bring something to every one of us. You know, like i learned my liberalism or my art in San Francisco. My heart is in berkeley and i got my edge in oakland. You know, thats how i see it. So all that stuff kind of goes into it because, like, you know, this is home of the black panthers. And this is the home of so many movements and we have tech down the street. So its kind of like you got to have more than just a laugh. You gotta bring something to it. You know, little little let me ask. You hear about this moment that were in right now. I mean, were coming out of this pandemic, hopefully on the other side of it, but were in a were in a tough time. A lot of people struggling financially. It does. Does it does it make it hard to do comedy . When were in a moment where so many people are having such a tough time . Alex, its hard, but its needed. And there you go, because, like, you know, it is hard to do it in the sense that you know comedy is in in the world of entertainment. We are the least respected but the most feared, and its weird in that sense, but with the you know people dont just everything thats happened. People dont know they need comedy until they come to that show and they laugh and they forget about everything and theyre like, yo. You you made my day you changed my life for the milk. You can change someones perspective. Yeah with very few laughs. We have to leave it there really appreciate you coming in. Congratulations again on the big winner. Thank you look forward to what comes next. Everythings coming, you know, proud to know you appreciate it. Thank you would like to catch one of chriss live shows. You can find those dates on his Instagram Page Chris Riggins comedy. He also just put out a new album. Its titled my 5th 1st a . Mortgage rates just went up yet again, coming up a look at how much more you will pay compared to last year. Kevin ive fought wildfires for twenty years. Heres the reality we face every day. Have Heart Failure and still experience unresolved symptoms . Heart failure and seemingly unrelated symptoms like carpal tunnel syndrome. Shortness of breath. Irregular heartbeat. And lower back pain could mean something more serious called attrcm a rare, underdiagnosed disease that worsens over time, so its important to recognize the signs. Sound like you . Call your cardiologist and ask about attrcm. Yesterdays. Stocks plunged yet again, the dow jones closed down 458 points. The nasdaq lost almost 3 down 314 points and the s and p closed at a new low for the year down. 78 points to 3600 thanks for getting tougher for people in the market to buy a Home Mortgage rates have gone up for the sixth consecutive week as foxes medicine, alworth shows, us writes in a number not seen now in almost 15 years. Home prices are slightly down, but rising Mortgage Rates are sending Monthly Payments soaring. The average Monthly Payment for homeowners is now over 2000 a month. Thats a 43. 7 increase in cost from just one year ago. Mortgage rates have hit 6. 7 according to freddie mac, the first time that they have surpassed 6 since late 2008. It is putting some downward pressure on home prices, but not at the same pace that we are seeing rates go up. To put that in context if a buyer was to purchase a 400,000 home today, it would cost them around 760 mo a month than it would have a year ago, when the Interest Rate on a 30 year mortgage was just 3. 1 change has really raised the financial threshold for families to afford to buy their first home. This is moving home ownership. A little further out of reach, maybe delaying it a few years for you know, this families and their thirties these, um millennial household to have been trying to save up to buy that first home. These five areas have seen the greatest increase in Monthly Payments the cost going up around 60 from just a year ago.
