You have to consider People Living longer than they ever have before, if you make it to age 65 you will likely live to 84 as a man or 86 as a woman. As the average. And so you have to plan on your money lasting you all those years, so if you want to retire at 50 you have to 30 plus years to have your money last you. And thats possible, but you have to be aware of some of the penalties that are there if you take money out of retirement accounts early the wrong way, you could be hit with a 10 penalty on those early withdrawals. You have ira, irb, irc, so that was my plan. A whole new generation, were talking about how people are downsizing. People have micro careers where years, sock away most of what you earn, completely maximize contributions, reverse of what normally people do, which is they dont contribute until later on in hive. They contribute everything right up front in the first ten years, and then retire pretty quickly but keep their cash flow, pay off their house, whether its a micro house or not, only work for ten or 15 years and have a plan like keeping that monthly income need so low that they can retire really early. That ten or 15 years are they rice and beaning it for the first 15 yea probably. But there are many more out there right now who figure they dont need a whole lot. They dont need the newest car, they dont need the were getting rid of the big hat, no cattle generation, which is where you got to have everything now, and were seeing a lot of these people coming into our office that are 50, 60yearsold, that havent saved a whole lot. Their kids watched that, and theyre making different choices than their parents did. Which is incredible, because we have not necessarily been the smartest country financially. But it seems as though the Younger Generation heeded that call and theyve actually been paying attention. Its like the children of the depression, right . That was the great generation that saw their parents lose everything, and they real used they needed savings. This happened as well with the children and the kids who saw the tech bubble burst in 2000, 2001, Retirement Savings wiped out. 2008, 2009, the mortgage mess, people arent interested in just financing the maximum amount on their house they w their house. So it is creating an interesting environment he where we expect to see people even more financially found in the next 20 years than we do now. I like that. Its a good thing, which means you dont have to leave your kid for an inheritance because hell make better decisions than you do. The last check should bounce, perfect plan. You mentioned the early taking money early out of these plans. So you get hit with a fee essentially for every dollar you that it . If you take money out, you are hit with a 10 penalty for early withdrawal. How are they getting away with it . There is a few ways to get away with it. There is the 72 t rule which you can take money out over five years, you can create, it a yous you to an individual the 10 penalty but its tricky, so you have to do it correctly with your cpa. There is other ways to get around it, as well. You can take an ira and roll a piece of it to a roth ira. Years you can take that early, as well. There is ways around it. You have to be wise on how you approach it. Complicated game. Thats why you are important. Thats why were thats the only reason were important, one of the reasons were important. We like to see people retire early, if they can. We just want to make sure they dont retire too early. Whats the best advice you would give to someone who saved trigger . First and most important thing is to keep your options open. One tip is contribute to a roth ira. I dont care if its a dollar, but its important to contribute something to a roth ira because it starts the clock. They have a five year seasoning period that you have to have had a roth ira for five years before you can pull out money. Doesnt matter if youre 59 1 2, but if you started that clock even with 1, we start the five years. So if youre 20yearsold, 25 years old, throw a buck or 10 or a hundred ira, its important to stop that. So that dollar day when its 500,000 maybe a tomorrow, that dollar starts the clock. Listen, so the holy trinity if you will that creates a firm, muscle, fat, yes fat, and bone, as you just mentioned. Bone is the structure, the very foundation of our face. If you think of a giant skyscraper, the thats what the bone is to our faces, right . And as we age, the bone loses density and volume. So if you think of the steel girders decaying, getting smaller, whats going to happen . That building is going to fall in. And with our faces when that bone starts to decay and cave in, it takes the fat, and dragging the skin right down with it. Were looking at the first graphic here. Explain what were looking at. The girl on the left of your screen, young girl, 35, bone structure, still perfectly intact, and you see because of that she has a nice, bright open eye, beautiful plump cheek, the jaw line very sharp, and the lips still nice and firm. Over on the next on the right side of the screen, you see the ravages of bone loss. And look at that bone on the causing the eye to really sink back into the head. Look at the cheekbone. A lot narrower, even shorter in length. The jawbone going down the side of the face really, really diminished and even shorter. Causing the whole entire face to shrink and indepth in width and length. This is so interesting. We always aer from much things talking about collagen. Now were talking about bone. Absolutely.
