make it difficult to execute. our next guest says it's possible to get rid of the obstacles and lose three to seven pounds a week without starving yourself. >> dr. kathleen nash is back with us. she is going to tell us about the total transformation. good morning. >> good morning. how are you doing this morning? >> very well. good to have you back. >> i find so interesting you're a chiropractor, but you started a weight loss program. >> yes. the chiropractic -- that's how i started but the transformation has taken over the business so much. it's just amazing how many people need this type of help because they don't know why their bodies won't do what they expect it to do. >> you started this because you yourself -- >> my broad hey wasn't doing what i expected it to do. >> it happens to most of us. tell us how you decided i got to make a change, and i'm going to help other people make the change. >> well, my problem was i was trying to make the change since who was fat their whole life and i would do everything i thought i was supposed to do. i would eat less, drink more water, and every time i tried to lose weight or if i would do a commercial program it would always work, but it would always come right back. and it would come back within a couple months. and you know, every time i would look for answers i was told it was me, that it was my problem, that it was a will power behavior thing. >> i struggled with my weight in ll if i really was strong enough and could resist eating -- >> i always blamed myself. and if i look for answers from other people they were blaming me too. in 2009, when i was a child there weren't a lot of heavy people but in 2009 when i started losing the weight for good there were a lot of heavy people. everybody can't be having behavior problems. when we started looking for real permanent answers that's when we factors. i went from a 22 to a eight and that was seven years ago and i'm still there. >> congratulations. explain the metabolic factors. >> the metabolic factors we identified if you don't fix these thing and you have them your weight loss is always going to be temporary. so first one is toxicity that is built up in the body, particularly the fat cells in the live very. the second one is you're eating enough food but it doesn't have nutrition. because your brain gets used to weight you're at. we need to get to the new weight. the fourth point is acidity. and the last one is up to eight different low or imbalanced here moons that if they're not regulated and not in balance you're not going to loss the watt weight on a permanent balance. >> everyone goes about trying to lose weight in a different way. if people don't address these five metabolic factors, what beginning but it's primarily water. then they plateau often. they'll decrease their food even more. the weight stays the same, so now they decide to go to the gym and do activity. they work out really hard but their body doesn't chalk. it's not shrinking, not seeing any change in the fat. now they're suddenly get hungry. now they're getting cravings all the time, and within a few weeks they cave. or if they can keep their will power going strong, and they do get to some kind of goal weight, as soon as they try to go back normal eating they gain the weight back and usually more. >> so let's talk about your average client then. taking care of your business. what's up, joe? what is joe's result going to be? >> joe's typical average result if it's joe he's going to lose probably five to seven pounds on average per week. >> what if it's bobby. >> if it's josephine, she is seven pounds per week. they don't get hungry. they don't have any cravings and they usually don't have to exercise. some will, but it will be minimal. so for example, one of the girls in my office is down 40 pounds, she lost 35 inches around her waist. i think she only exercised six times. >> that's awesome. >> transformation. and you have a special offer. >> i do. so normally if people come to see me and want the evaluation, because i have to see if they if you don't have the met ale about i can factors i can't help you. i have to see if you qualify. if they mention they saw me on "the morning blend," i take it down to $19. >> that's fantastic. >> spots are limited, so -- >> the number is there. >> the number is there. >> great having you. >> thank you so much. >> always good to be on the show. >> yes. again, if you mention that you saw dr. nash on "the morning blend," the standard consultation fee is only $19. it's normally $50. we have a guest here to tell us about it. if you've ever pondered the idea of injections or surgery you might want to think again. the product called plexaderm works in minutes to reduce the wrinkles or crow feet or under eye bags, get ready to be amazed. scott defalco is here to share his amazing secrets of the new technology. it will change the way you see yourself in the mirror. thank you. >> get ready to be wowed. this is incredible. this product plexaderm has taken the country by storm. >> tell me about it. >> first i want to introduce you to ritchey. we'll put him up here on the screen. ritchey bags. you can see why, he has issues under the eyes. what you're seeing him do is rubbing the plexaderm under his eye bag. this is a product that specializes in under eye bags but will work on crow feet and wrinkles in your forehead. we're going to come back to i was in the room when we did this, and in three or four minutes it was completely gone. you're going to be shocked. >> i could see he definitely has eye bags. they can be because of age and they make you look tired. basically what we're dealing with. gravity takes every where on our bodies. i'm going to bring up a term, collagen. people are familiar with this. what collagen is, it's responsible for the cell structure in our sun. over time it degrades. when it degrades that's why we get the bags. that's why we get the wrinkles and everything else in our face. and people will go and get collagen injections for that. but now they don't are to do that. those can be painful. we talked before we started the segment, we hate needles. this is topical. you rub it in like you saw ritchey do. it works in less than five minutes and completely takes it a way. >> this is amazing. >> let's go back to ritchey. i know we're doing real time on him. this is not altered. like i sawed i was in the room for this, and you can see after two minutes it's already starting to go away. it's about half reduced. everyone is affected differently. some people takes three minute, some people four minutes, but it to work. it's really incredible. >> oh, my gosh. you can start to see it. >> you can see it. >> and for the people interested in the technicalities, most people want to know does it work. i carry this piece of rock with me every where across the country. >> this is what it's made out of. >> yes. they are derived from this piece of rock that go into the formula. so what happens is when you rub it on your undereye bags or crows feet, people use it for their laugh lines but the molecules in the formula, they weave together and as it dries into your skin they actually make it really taut and make it contoured. that's what happens. >> it's working. we saw ritchey. we also have before and after clips to show. >> basically this is just, you know, before they use the product and after. different. that one right there is after ten minutes. will take no longer than ten minutes. >> wow. >> this person is three minutes. you look younger. you look better. it's just incredible. and i want to tell you, too, jay j.j., how does it work with make up? because most guys besides myself don't wear make up during the day. so it's hard to cover these things up. and as you know as a woman, women wear make up all the time. sometimes trying to cover it up will make it -- with make up makes it worse. i because under the eye, you add more layers and it just makes the creases look bigger. >> you can use this with your make up. it affects guys more than women. you want to put this on a clean, dry face. you put this on. you're going to wait ten minutes then you can use a moisturizer and put your make up on right after that. >> excellent. okay. so what about the guys now? we had a photo up of a guy, he had a great transition. it's an examination. >> it's incredible. >> oh, my goodness. look at that. that is completely gone. completely gone. another thing i want to mention, and i had this, it's something you can purchase when you call for plexaderm, the reason why we suggest it is that it's -- it has an oilless base. we want you to use a moisture user that does not have oil in it. that counteracts the effectiveness of plexaderm. you put the plexaderm on, put your oilless moisturizer on, then your make up and you're >> that was my next question, how long does it last. >> there are products out there that are advertised, they tell you we only last two to three hours. what good does that do? this is going to last you all day. six to eight hours. it's going to change your life. >> it really is amazing results. can we check in? >> let's go back to my buddy. it's almost completely gone. about 80% gone. and believe it or not, it was funny when we asked him to do what do you want me to do? we have this new product called plexaderm. we brought him in the room and you can see he was kind of not happy, but he smiled after he saw the results. >> i hope you did the other eye for him. >> of course, we did. but when he was done and looked in the mirror he was amazing, he actually smiled. we were all shocked. it was mind-blowing. >> it's an amazing transformation. i know both you and i shared we have an acting background, and one thing you learned it's all about the eyes. and right -- what a way to just take years off your face. >> and to not look tired and to look fresh. i mean, you can gain from this, just from that five minutes, or ten minutes at the most. you're going to gain maybe ten to 15 years on your appearance. you really are. because the elasticity in your skin, which has to do with collagen, degrades over type. there's nothing we can do about it. >> it's so incredible because like we said there are no needles involved. and it really does well for yes. >> everybody could use a little bit of -- >> when you see ritchey, bring him back up on the screen, you see there is -- it's gone. it's absolutely gone. we were all amazed. you ready? you talk about looking good. there is a rock star right there. there is a groupy. you want to be a rock star, right? not the groupy. and there are the results. it's just incredible. he got up, actually did smile, i swear. and he was a made at the results. >> it's amazing how the small difference. you have a special today. >> 40% off of the product, and you can buy two, get one free if you call the 800 number we'll put up on the screen. go to plexaderm.com, tell them you saw scott on the show with this rock star over here. j.j., welcome to las vegas. >> thank you. >> just tell them you saw me on "the morning blend and they'll give you the special, the buy two, get one free, we can't beat results. you saw great results this morning. for more information about plexaderm, just head to the plexaderm.com website or call 800-949-9793. call now as supplies are limited. shawn, over to you. thank you so much. st. rose animal urgent care in henderson is the go to veterinary care center for according to our next guest. here with more is lindsay kay, from laser med solutions. great having you again. sounds like something out of science fiction but this works. >> this actually works. there is no pain and absolutely no side effects. and what we're doing is using low level laser to heal the hair follicle, and regrow back your own natural hair. >> how is this working? >> we are applying laser energy directly to the hair follicle, and this in turn is stimulating that growth stage. we are increasing circulation scalp. we're going to stimulate the growth stage. >> i was reading up how this is done and how they came about this. and they tested it on rats or slick this and realized the rats were growing afros. how is it possible? >> the nice part about it, it is your own natural hair. you're able to be treated whether you're male or female, doesn't matter your age. what we check for is actually active hair follicles. and a lot of the time when you don't have any visible hair have an active hair follicle and we can help. >> essentially gets rid of whatever the blockage is that has the -- the clear -- >> correct. correct. and everybody's severity will be different. and that's something we have to check in clinic, with an evaluation. but you come in. we'll check to see if you still have active hair follicles and let you know how long it will take you to get the best results. >> how long does it take to get the results? >> the laser takes effect in four the six weeks, and typically the patients are change in just the first few months. again, it does depend on your severity of hair loss, so that's something that we can address in clinic with that evaluation for you. >> we're taking a look at before and afters right now. it's remarkable. the one thing, especially that one, my goodness -- >> and that patient right there did get better results than what was expected, of course, because you can see the severity when he first came in. and you would take an initial sometimes you may think you are too far gone when that's not the case. the most important part is coming into the clinic so we can address it and see if you have the active hair follicles. >> who is a good candidate? because when it comes to hair loss a lot of time when you see medication it's generally only for men. >> this is something where we can treat males, but we can treat females, which is exciting because females don't have a lot of options. it's very traumatic for a female to suffer from hair loss. and a lot of time we covering up with wigs, tensions which could be further damaging to the hair. so as soon as you notice any type of hair loss or hair fall out, you definitely want to do something about it because the sooner you catch it the better result we can actually get you with this. >> so i know that there's no pain. do you feel like a warming sensation or anything? >> it's a -- there is no heat actually coming from it. but there is going to be no pain, no heat. it's nice and easy for you and so it doesn't really matter your medical history. if you're on certain medications, if you have certain health concerns, we can still treat you with this treatment. most people are going to be a good candidate. >> we're taking a look at the machine that you use in house. this is not one of those 700-dollar situations. >> no. we have in clinic treatment programs, and we have home treatment programs, so really depends on, you know, your lifestyle and what's convenient for you. and a lot of patients nowadays a portable cap that they can use in the comfort of their own home. >> absolutely. so there is really options out there. >> there's options. >> if people want to take advantage you have a special offer. >> we have a special offer. you need to call us today. but if you give us a call today we'll do that evaluation and consultation for free. so you can come in, takes about half an hour. we'll check to see if you have active hair follicles and if we can treat help you of people that day. there were big downsizing, and he looked so weary she looked at him and the first thing she said is are you okay? how you doing? and he fired her. and she said well thank you anyway. thank you for this job, for the experience i've had. it didn't last as long as i wanted. end of the day, she turns her phone back on there is a voice mail from a recruiter who had been recommended to call her about a new job. the recommendation came from the guy who just doesn't hurt to be grateful. >> it's really a blessing when things like that happen. we were talking before we started, gratitude is sometimes just about being present in the moment. >> yeah. >> and looking. >> and the thing about gratitude, before i got involved with the chicken soup people i had done a lot of research, looking at what real researchers had done. i evaluated their research and pulled together the parts that are most meaningful for people like you and me and everybody at home. and the deal is this. when you focus on what you're stuff, it's usually moments and connections with people. what gratitude does is gratitude reminds us that there are individuals in our little circle, or big circle, whatever our world is, who make our lives better. and we sometimes don't pay attention to that because they're in our world every day. oftentimes my gratitude is in the morning, i'm busy on the computer writing, because that's when i'm productive. and the coffee cup will come wordlessly next to husband kisses me on the head and he leaves. and i am so grateful for that because it talks about relationship, it talks about he knows how i love my coffee. that's usually almost always something i'm grateful for. >> the small things. you have very big things to be grateful for. can we talk about your career and "inside edition." >> we're so grateful, first of all, that we're on your channel. >> yes, you are. >> 7:00 every night. but i have been there 21, 21 1/2 that is -- she and i both have short hair. this was 9/11. obviously 15 rears ago i was so proud of what our team did. i have gotten to be in england -- this was not my choice. they sent me to jail for a week. it was real jail. and this guy here, everybody knows him as the wounded warrior >> i would not have the confidence to go to jail and do a news story or interview the nominee for president or interview the president, for that matter. being able to take a ball of yarn, and look at what you've afghan. i would love to make a dog sweater if i could figure it out. >> your dog would die if you put him in a sweater in las vegas. >> i've never experience the vegas chill. but i'm going to take your word on that. but to take a ball of yarn and create this, this is -- i have one -- this is called everyday go team. and this is jets colors. we choose all the teams that lose, so we root for the jets, so this will one for georgia, georgia tech. >> people can go to your website and see all kinds of how to videos. sometimes you have to get that project out of the closet. >> we'll show afterwards, we don't have time, but we would love for people to go to your website and watch. >> absolutely. it's all there. most of all thank you for having me on. and thank you everybody for watching us, because we wouldn't be here if it weren't for you watching, so we're very grateful. debra. catch debra on inside
