"we could've seen him, he was not dead when he first got shot, i kept watching the news i didn't know it was him!" police believe the killer or killers escaped in a gray nissan altima! a nearby business owner tells 13 action news his employee heard a loud screech! then the car door opened and the victim fell to the pavement. as he was pleading for his life... the killer opened fire. detectives are looking through surveillance video from the scene to try and catch the killer. people living in canyon pointe apartments on the east side of the valley say it's a living nightmare. news because they can't take it anymore!
