His bail was set at 1 million dollars. Fox is facing several charges, including attempted murder with a Deadly Weapon of a police officer. Police say fox approached officer Gregory Sedminik at the emerald suites apartments. And asked him twice, are you here to kill me . He then told the officer to look up before firing three rounds.
