action news: some brazen thieves broke into a home.. shouting 'metro police' as they charged into a home. now.. the family who was targeted is talking with action news. police say two burglars kicked-in the door at the house near torrey pines and alta. they got away with computers.. but even if they were there.. they say they don't know what they would've done. (liann tackett, victim) "you'd be like oh my gosh the cops are coming in my house, okay, i'm going to back off." the homeowners say this is the third time their house has been burglarized. this time.. they're hoping video from their security cameras will help metro catch the men who did it. a man is taken into custody overnight after leading nhp on a wild chase. it started at the 15 and tropicana when troopers spotted him swerving through traffic. he later ditched the car and started running. state troopers finally took him into custody near us-95 and m-l-k with the help of metro officers. high desert state prison in indian springs. and now, the state inspector general is investigating. prison officials say andrew thurgood was in a common area, when he got into a fight with two other inmates, and was stabbed. thurgood was serving time for attempted posession of a stolen new information on the death of that 13 year old virginia girl. two virginia tech students are facing charges. and for the first time, the girl's mother is speaking out. sot - tammy weeks, mother of victim nicole was a very lovable person?nicole touched many people throughout her very short life? investigators also revealed today, that from their preliminary investigation found 13-year-old nicole lovell was stabbed to death. lovell's parents say she climbed out of her bedroom window last wednesday... the same day she was killed. we also learned new charged have been tacked on for one student, 19- year-old natalie keepers. she was already charged with improper disposal of a dead body. now, she's been charged with accessory before the murder. case of a north carolina man. justin sullivan was charged last year with plotting attacks in support of isis after being turned-in by his father. now.. the f-b-i says it has new evidence linking the teenager to an unsolved murder. federal investigators say sullivan shot and killed an elderly neighbor.. then took almost 700-dollars. the fbi began tracking sullivan after his father made a frantic call to 9-1-1 last april. 911 audio mr. sullivan: i come home and he's destroying and burning stuff in the house (butted with) mr. sullivan: i don't know if it's isis or what, 911 dispatcher: this is your son? mr. sullivan: yes sullivan has pleaded not guilty. tensions are at an all-time high in oregon, and cliven bundy is telling the remaining members of the armed militia to stand their ground!
