Anchor a man accused of killing a woman in her home three years ago wont get another trial. Prosecutors say morgan shot and killed a 75yearold woman after breaking into her home in may of 2013. Just two weeks ago a judge the facial tattoos in front of a jury. A local mother is charged with murdering her own 7yearold son. Roshaun malone is the second person arrested for the death of her son richard finley, jr. Who died last sunday at sunrise childrens hospital. Police and paramedics say he had been bound and beaten before his death. They also arrested malones room, 31yearold Kenneth Robinson the day that the child actually died. Robinson is facing anp Rancher Cliven Bundy is going off congressional candidate over a campaign ad. Bundy says the ad links him to the murder of two Metro Police Officers and he and the attorney dont want this to impact him from having a fair trial.
