-- up there? chelsea: cell phone service is limited. the highway patrol and las vegas metro is up there, but obviously we cannot get to everyone. cellphone service is limited, so we want you to have resources to help yourself until we can get there to help you. be prepared ahead of time. michelle: what is the mount charleston winter alliance?
