French prosecutors are saying three women arrested in a raid in paris were led by an isis terror cell from syria. Their arrest are connected to gas cylinders found inside of a parked car just outside of notre dame in paris. One of the women had a letter pledging allegiance to isis. Officials believe the women ages 19, 23 and 39 were likely planning an imminent and violent women was supposed to marry the man who killed two Police Officers in france back in june. He was killed by police at the time. After that attack she was planning to marry the man who killed the priest in a french church. He was also killed. Dozens of tourists trapped in cable cars dangled overnight. That included a tenyearold child. Theyve all been safely rescued. Look at that. They were about 12,000 feet up. Some got down last night by rope including two women who came down by rope wo happen to be from michigan. They tried to take us with a helicopter. But the fog came in. So the two rescuers stayed with us and then we did a belay after we decide there was no other way to get down. And thank goodness they were able to help us. Reed 65 people were rescued but 45 had to be left overnight after rescue operations were halted because of rough flight conditions t helicopters. Marie quick thinking by an offduty Police Officer may have averted tragedy as a couple over dosed on the road with a fouryearold in the back seat. Reed we want to let you know that police grappled with whether to release these photos. We looked at them at the same time and we know that some of what you are about to see may be hard to look at. Maybe even offensive. But police said theyre doing it because they want the public to see the result of drug use. Passed out in the front seat. Completely stoned. You can see a child, the face blurred, in the back seat. We want to let you know the couple in the picture, they survived. They were found by a patrolman. He noticed the car moving erratically and decided to follow them and by the time the parole man approached the vehicle the couple was slumped over. Fouryearold child in the back seat. First responders revived them. Police took the child from them. Thompson says he being a Police Officer. Minutes could have meant the difference between, you know, how it played out or what could have happened. Somebody could have been killed, seriously injured. Reed police say they released those photos to show the affects that drugs can and often do have on innocent children and families. Marie he says its something they see every single day there and thats why they sent out those images for the nondrug using community to see the number of children who died in hot vehicles this year has surged without any explanation. He dedicated his life to helping others throughout the community through music enrichment programs. . [music] . The sound speaks for itself. And behind the music is jeffrey trouer. This is his office on wheels so he can drive to multiple appointments around town daily. Name it. If theres somebody always risk i pretty much have gone there. Reporter volunteers and doing drum circles is a big part of his work. Whether its here, through hospice, with students or individuals with special needs, jeffrey says music can help people become more expressive. In a Group Setting lowers your blood pressure. It makes communication a lot easier because we take away words. And we replace them with sometimes people cant speak to effectively. But when they get into a circle with drums they let that be the mechanism for speaking. Bringing them out of their shell and these people that were experiencing active delusions werent when he was with them. Reporter cheryl nominated jeffrey. They started working together four years ago. He is probably the most giveing inspirational person i have ever met. Reporter and jeffreys wish involved. And like i said the hot weather is still on for the weekend. Some neighborhoods maybe on degree or so warmer than today. Big changes expected by the end of the weekend into next week as low pressure starts to move in. Were going feel the winds pick up sunday night especially into monday. Tonight though thats not the case at all. Looking at lows dropping into above normal for this time of year. A quick look at the regional numbers. Weve got 72 for overton. If you are feeling brave, 114 for death valley by the afternoon. Las vegas will see those temperatures above normal quite a bit. You can see 102 our projected looking ahead to the next few days. I did mention that storm. Winds are going to pick up ten to 15 miles an hour sunday night. Were expecting the gustiest conditions on wednesday with sustained winds 25 to 30 miles an hour expected. Gusts up to 30 and even 35 miles an hour are possible in the valley. Hanging on to the breezes through the middle of the workweek were going see a 13 degree temperature drop as we make our way into wednesday. Thats when you can enjoy those hot drinks.
