Chinese researchers swabbed cases of zika. The virus was detectable in the fluid within the first five days after symptoms began. You know, he could get charged with a hate crime because of this. Reporter a judge denied bond for 32yearold joseph schriber. Schriber appeared before the judge this morning facing arson charges with whats called a hate crime enhancement. The judge refred to seven pages of prior criminal history and called him a flight risk. He also talked about antiislamic facebook posts on schrib he says he did not want to take a chance releasing him into the community. There is no condition of release that can reasonably protect the community from the risk of physical harm. Investigators say schriber is the man seen on Surveillance Video running away seconds before flames tore through that building. A florida driver says a Samsung Phone is what caused this fire. The driver of that hyundai says that he was charging his Samsung Galaxy phone on the passenger seat when it burst into flames them 65yearold man says he heard it pop then the fire started. He was able to get out but you can see how quickly that car went up in flames. Officials are still looking into it but the driver says its the phones fault. And this is not the first time this has happened. Thoses are very dangerous when theyre charging. The family of sandra bland, she is the woman who was found dead in a texas jail not too long after she was pulled over by police. Well her family has reached a settlement in this wrongfuldeath lawsuit thats been going on. Krystal the familys Attorney Says the Sheriffs Department this is video of what happened and it really cause add lot of controversy as to w pulled over and what happened after when she was ultimately found dead in the valley cell. The county Sheriff Department will pay 1. 9 million. This is part of that settlement. Sandra bland, just to rewind, as we mentioned, was arrested during a traffic stop in 2015 identified a 13yearold boy shot and killed by police last night. According to police the officer is a nine year veteran of the force. No other officers were injured but the shooting and the robbery, both under investigation.
