here is a picture of the victim with her husband, the family identifies the woman killed as tracy donahue. she was shot in the neck. sources close to the case say the couple were shot because they were in an old-style police-looking car. shooting at police officers. the final moments of a man involved in a one hour shooting rampage is caught on video. the images show the suspect walk outside a cvs store on windmill and las vegas boulevard with his hands up. officers for several minutes tried to get the man to surrender. but as more time passed a police officer decided to let his dog go. the dog was able to take down the man and that's when armed everybody had their rifles so we were standing out here in the parking lot at 7-eleven. >> jeremy evans was pumping gas not far away, he witnessed the event. the man was shooting randomly out of his car, the bullets hit three vehicles, one 50-year-old man and a shot, and the woman ended up dying at unc hospital. >> we had another vehicle that was hit three times and then we have a semi truck that was hit also. >> lieutenant dan mcgrath with metro homicide said the suspect ended up going in cvs off of wind minute, sexually assaulting a woman. she was able to -- female inside. she was able to push him away. >> officers said they received several 911 calls from inside the store. that's what brought them here. the man had
