here is a picture of the victim with her husband, the family identifies the woman killed as tracy donahue. she was shot in the neck. sources close to the case say the couple were shot because they were in an old-style police-looking car. shooting at police officers. the final moments of a man involved in a one hour shooting rampage is caught on video. the images show the suspect walk outside a cvs store on windmill and las vegas boulevard with his hands up. officers for several minutes tried to get the man to surrender. but as more time passed a police officer decided to let his dog go. the
