We are going to stay somewhat days, but we do see a break in our weather as well. However, you can see, look at this, 91 degrees in wichita, 91 degrees in st. Louis, 87 in memphis, 83 in atlanta. Look at all of these 80s, we get a 75 up in boston, but thats it. We see some nice 50s, 60s, and 70s behind all of this. But this is the way that things are looking now. Look at that 90 there in el paso as thats a big change, now into the 70s, a few 80s where 90s were. Look up here as that cooler weather continues to encroach. And as it does throughout the week here, things are going to change. These temperatures will be coming down by about ten degrees in a lot of these areas. As far as arizona, we are going to be warm for a couple of days, but we do see change. And ill have that for you coming up. All right, dave, looking forward to that. They are heading home after the game, and they are heading home happy after the team demolished the jets 283 on monday night football. I was just thinking of this. The commute home is so much better when you win. Jude lacava live right now with highlights and reaction. This was really critical for the cardinals. You have to protect home field and beat the team youre think about the playoffs. They are back to 500 football and doing it differently, the run game of David Johnson, very aggressive play, held the jets to just three points. His former defensive coordinator, todd bowles, now head coach of the jets, and then follow the guard, number 78 earl watford. Well take you to the play, look at David Johnson go, and look at number 78, threw three blocks the play, touchdown 70 arizona, and David Johnson, watch it again, just fabulous. Look at 78 leading the way. He started at right guard, pulled and finished, and d. J. Says ill take it. Johnson was spectacular. Ryan fitzpatrick who played his High School Ball here in the valley, one of the few offensive plays that worked to brandon marshall, but they were limited running the ball and limited passing the ball. Blocking up front, 22 carries, 111 yards, again, a simple power run, north south run. Watch him come right behind the tightend, jermaine gresham. As for fits patrick, under pressure, look at this hit by swearinger on peak. Oh, man, its a violent game folks. Look at the hit on d. J. Peak had to come out of the game. Not a pretty sight here at all. All game long, and theres d. J. Swearinger, had a nice game. They held the jets to 33 yards rushing, Carson Palmer beautiful throw here, corner of the end zone to michael floyd, make that 283. They had 14 play drives twice, 11 play drives in the first half, and then geno smith comes in and theres Tyran Mathieu some turnovers, really impressive game defensively, run game for David Johnson, carries for 122 yards, teacherpupil hug at the end of the game, cardinals win 283. Heres bruce arians. Im very pleased with how this game went. I thought all three phases played smart and extremely fast. One little lapse with were big. I thought this is a heck of a defense to try and run the football with. I thought we accomplished it. Obviously the three guys in the middle had to play really good. Im proud of the middle guards. He always thinks he has the ball when he tries to score, but did a little bit better with the didnt get not knocked down. We knew they were going to continue to throw off in front of them. Carson got them to shot off sides one time, but planned to not go over the top. We knew todd would have it fixed. A couple of guys, especially defensively, i thought we were flying around the best we have looked, from the sideline, from my perspective as far as fast, so im just the outcome. Isnt it interesting, when you think about how this team is evolving now, 33, defense, smothering teams they should put a number on, and they do. They beat the niners and now beat the jets. And its the run game of David Johnson, a little bit different from the big play passing we saw last year. Richard saenz is in the locker room, hell talk with some key players in the locker room, check in with David Johnson and remarkable night from a second year running back that continues to grow into the face of the franchise, running back David Johnson with a spectacular performance.
