This park overflowed during a storm a couple years ago and some of the water spilled into the neighborhood leaving homeowners with water damage. A little more than. 5 of an inch in a lot of the places. You can see here the White Mountains picked up pretty good moisture as well. Right next to show low, a little over 2 inches on the ground. Pretty good moisture there. Once again, a look at xavier pushing that moisture up here and will continue to do so. Take a look at the dew points right now. The dew point at phoenix is at 68 degrees. All of the 60s represent a lot of moisture around the valley. Something to get it going. Not only for the valley but north, a flashflood watch. This is until 11 00 on wednesday. When we look across the country, once again down in the southeast, they really get hit hard. More flooding down there with more heavy rain. As we get a look overnight, 80 degrees, more rain in the 91 for tomorrow. You see the temperatures react to that moisture.
