Two men are in the hospital after a double shooting in San Francisco. And one of those men sustained life threating injuries. The other is expected to be ok. It happened here around 9 last night near precita park in the Bernal Heights neighborhood. Police say the shooting happened following an argument. Both victims are in the their 20s. No arrests have been made and there is no information on a suspect. Marty we now know the identity of the suspect who police say shot and killed two Police Officers in palm springs. A third officer was wounded and remains hospitalized. Police arrested 26 year old john felix in connection with the shooting. He was arrested just before one this morning. The shooting happened saturday afternoon following a family dispute. Police say another suspect is still at large. Police identify the slain officers as gil vega and lesley zerebny. Vega was a 35 year veteran who was set to retire in december. Zerebny leaves behind a 4 month old baby. She had recently returned to the force from maternity leave. Marty a five year old is in Critical Condition and another child is in serious condition after a boat capsized near pier 45 in San Francisco. Here is video of the accident. Marty almost four weeks after a violent Home Invasion that left an elderly woman severely beaten, 88yearold flo douglas has died of her injuries. Now, her family is mourning the loss of miss flo. Kron fours Spencer Blake explains what her death means for her accused attacker. this was a heinous crime committed by a heartless individual. Reporter the crime is even more heinous now, almost a month after that statement was made. Now, it has become a homicide. miss flo douglas was unable to recover from multiple bone fractures and internal bleeding injuries prosecutors say she got from 19yearold zachary cuen. It was my grandmother. It could be yours, it could be your mother. Douglas had been in an intensive care unit ever since september 12th, when deputies say cuen entered her home and violently beat her multiple times, demanded money, and threatened to kill her. The attacker took off in the car from douglass own garage. Cuen was arrested just three days later. Before douglas died, cuen already faced several charges, including attempted murder, which will now be upgraded. This is sad. This is horrible. This is the most deplorable act ive ever witnessed in my entire life. Cuen hasnt entered a formal plea yet, but is scheduled to appear in court again on november third. He could face life in prison if convicted.
