francisco from the north bay. as we take a live look at the some of the live cameras, the bay bridge, we are not seeing any backups or delays but yesterday we did see some lengthy backups between four and six in the afternoon, not only did the bay bridge have to accommodate east bay traffic to san francisco but also north bay commuters. over at the sanerfeld bridge no backups but keep in mind this is headed westbound. so this is a live look at the toll plaza and traffic that would be heading into morin county and you can take public transit and golden gate ferry running extra service and golden weeks. this happened at the fiesta nightclub in san jose, the capricorn bash hosted by r and b singer chris brown. it was a birthday celebration for one of brown's friends here in the bay area and tickets sold on events.com and started at $50 and went up as much as as $2500 and those tickets were actually vip passes that include a red carpet entrance and vip wristbands and a personal waitress for the table. all tickets for the capricorn bash was sold out. i have been monitoring chris brown social media accounts and he hasn't said anything yet and he is usually active on tweeter. marty. erica, thanks for the update. want to bring you upto date on other top story. the golden gate bridge and crews are racing the clock to complete the installation of the barrier on the bridge and they have made great progress overnight and this new barrier meant to curb the collisions there. so far everything is on schedule to open on time tomorrow morning. today crews will be running the zipper truck to test the system and they will be striping the highway near the waldo grade and the toll plaza and workers will be taking time to get used to this new equipment to the trucks and the signs and stagnant air over the bay area due to the high pressure area in place and that will be the case tomorrow as well. the good news is that winds return to the bay area by tuesday and that's going to help mix out the air. now yesterday fog was a factor but today the national weather service issued a dense fog advisory for the san francisco bay until 10:00 this morning. visibility at 0 and napa and petaluma seeing .3 of a mile up towards santa rosa and low clouds will lift for the afternoon. so we will probably encounter residual delays for the next couple of hours. temperatures right now not so bad. heading out to 40s and 50s on the sunday morning and fairfield good morning you are at 48 degrees and 49 in oakland and 50 right now in san francisco. and 51 out the door in hayward. and as we go in the afternoon we are talking about temperatures on the cooler side of normal. so we will see plenty of upper 50s and low 60s develop and napa 62 and 61 in pleasanton and 59 in hayward and upper 50s along the coast. satellite and radar shows this area of low pressure bringing rain to southern california. we do have this rift of energy lagging behind the system and what that is doing is directing some cloud cover and moisture into the bay area. so we actually did some returns on radar last night of rain in the bay area and we did see green on storm tracker and what happened was because the airmass was just so dry that the moisture evaporated before it reached the ground. so no rain in the bay area and quite yet and a look at your seven-day forecast around the bay area. lots of sunshine next week but cloud cover by friday and all models points to rain returning and talking about heavy rain for saturday night in fact some of the higher elevations could see up to an inch so pretty rainy conditions for the holiday week. looking forward to that. thank you. happening right now, an estimated one million people gathering in paris for a unity rally to honor the 17 people killed by a gunman last week. you are looking live at the ceremony in paris france. 12 people injured and four fatally shot. the 17th person shot was a police officer a day after attack. the french president joined by the rally by the former french president along with germany chancellor as well. new this morning a video has emerged showing one of the gunman from friday's hostage situation in france, pledging allegiance to isis. intelligence groups have verified the video which shows the man resembling the gunman giving speeches in front of the islamic state emblem. he is defending the taxes on the newspaper korber store and he says what we are doing is completely legitimate given what they are doing end quote. he calls for others to carry out similar attacks. we have learned that this man was link to a shooting in a paris suburb on the same day as the charlie memberdo massacre. in that shooting, a jogger was seriously wounded. the shell casings match the one at the kosher market shooting. >> a wrong-way driver on interstate 80 killed three people saturday morning near sacramento. the chp says 24-year-old aaron daudio was driving in the fast lane with his headlights off when he hit the victim's car head on. police say he was likely driving under the influence. they say that he drove a total of four miles in the wrong direction before the accident. chp says the whole incident happened too fast for officers to respond in time. from antelope to madison you got four miles, that's four minutes if you are going the speed limit and not a lot of time to get from where the officers were to the freeway to try to locate the guy. the victims were 20-year- old and two 18-year-olds, the chp says that they died on impact. coming up developing news that we continue to jose this morning. we continue to follow developing news out of san jose where police are investigating the shooting and left five people wounded outside the fiesta nightclub this morning. controversial star chris brown was at the club for a vip birthday event. officers found four people with at least one gunshot wound and they were all returned to a local hospital. later, police say a 5th victim walked into a hospital with a gunshot wound that was not considered life threatening. investigators have detained several people and questioning them and still looking for a motive behind the shootings. this video that you are looking at was posted to vine by chris brown and starts with him reacting to a fight in the stands before the gunshots rang out. brown's smile disappears as he is swarmed over by his security team and pushed off of the stage. now let's take another look at the scene of the chaos when the shots were fired. time that chris brown has seen or has been involved in a shooting rather. just last year in august brown hosted a party for the zma awards in west high school and ceo of black capital records was also at the party and police said that he was shot twice. now grainy cell phone video posted on instagram shows brown on the back of a couch in a white t-shirt and his body guard trying to get him down. no arrests were made and not involved in the shooting and he did comment on that incident but i have been monitoring his instagram and twittered accounts and it has been radio silent from chris brown clock to finish the job on time and made great progress overnight installing the movable median barrier. it is meant to curb the number of headon collisions and so far everything is on schedule to look at the san mateo bridge. visibility right now probably the worse north of the golden gate bridge bridge. a mile-and-a-half visibility in the oakland bridge area. we have a spare the air alert gunshots were fired during the chris brown performance san francisco fire crews pulled a body out of lake merced. found near the golf course at 3:00. the body has not been identified. no word on the age or gender of that person. lake merced is next to san francisco state university in the city's lake shore neighborhood. to the east bay and pittsburgh where police are warning residents about calls that say they are from the irs. the callers say that they are collecting on back taxes and the bill needs to be paid right away. police say the calls come in from a 202 area code which is washington d.c. the callers are threatening people with legal prosecution. but officials say if you have unpaid taxes, you would receive a notice in the mail. they also say not to give money or personal for temperatures, however, very mild start to your sunday morning. take a look here at san francisco, 51 degrees. oakland at 49 and visibility down to 0 and petaluma, the low clouds will lift and with met with partly cloudy conditions and temperatures on the upper side of normal. napa hitting a high of 62 degrees and 62 expected in san jose. we have rain coming to southern california and this ripple energy kind of lagging behind the system and it is shooting up low clouds and drizzle. in fact late last night we saw returns on the radar. storm tracker showed some rain in the bay area towards santa rosa and because the atmosphere was dry, the moisture was evaporating. no rain in the bay area for the next couple of days and we do have a spare the air alert with air quality improving by tuesday. quiet conditions for your work week. by friday, we will notice an increase in cloud cover and then all models pointing to wet weather in the bay area for next week. in fact we could see up to an inch of rain, marty, for higher elevations. we can look forward to that. thank you, erica. a man in southern california was almost arrested for doing a good deed. he walked in spoke a supermarket trying to pay it forward. garcia tried to give a woman with a baby a one hundred dollars bill but the woman refused the money and when garcia approached her again she ran and toll police. she told officers she thought garcia was trying to buy her baby. >> she was fearful when she came in. she was intimidated at the scene. and you know when you put two and two together, for a lot of us, it was concern. well, surveillance video of the encounter was released and when an employee saw garcia on the news. garcia call police. officers interviewed garcia and concluded that his story checked out. turning to politics this morning. former los angeles mayor ragosas is considering a run for the u.s. senate after barbara boxer's announcement saying she would not run in 2016. the former la mayor says many californiaians are struggling financially trying to send their kids to college. he is hoping to succeed senator boxer. when we come back, we will have a recap on the developing story
