And several skins covered in thick matted hair. Carine wanted answers but says Vallejo Police and animal control declined to investigate. So she contacted cares, an Animal Rescue group in solano county. Nats what is left here is a dog it looks like the coyettes tried to drag it awaycares opened the trash bags to see about a dozen disintegrating dogs from yorkies, to a shepard mix, a poddle and a golden retriever. Sot they looked cleaned and groomed like they was somebodies petcares discovered even more disturbing items the tools believed used to kill the dogs. Shovels and long sticks with sharp blades and box cutters taped to the tops. Sot there is blonde hair in one of the tools stillthe dogs did not have tags or collars on and were too decomposed to find any microchips that would help link a missing dog to its owner. Who mobbed a bart train. Attackin g and robbing passengers on board over the weekend. Arrest warrants have been issued for some of the suspects. The scary crime was this past saturday around 9 30 at night at the coliseum bart station. About 50 teenagers. Jumped the fare gates. Boarded a train. Robbing at least seven people and punching at least two others. steve that incident has prompted a woman to reach out to us. Who was attacked on a bart train. She says bart police didnt take her assault seriously enough and she wants answers. And grant lodes is here with her distubing story. grant Tess Pawlisch says she was sitting on a bart train while travelling thru oakland. Looking at her phone on the train when she was attacked. She was diagnosed with post concussion syndrome after suffering multiple blows to the head while riding on a bart train in oakland back in february. Her attacker, a teen girl, ran off the train along. And witnesses contacted the train operator to let them know that the assailant could still be caught. But pawlisch says apparently the train operator seemed a little impatient and just wanted to get going. Heres what happened in her words. Tess pawlisch, bart rider attacked there were a group of teenagers kind of messing around on the train, hanging off the bars being loud but in general i wasnt paying much attention to them because theyre teenagers why would i ever be afraid of them. All of a sudden i felt a huge punched my head grant about a month after the incident she reached out to bart pd to get an update on the investigation. Not getting a response she reached out to a bart board member. She asked him twice for an update on my case and they never responded to her. Even to the bart board member . Even to the bart board member. In an emailed response to one of the witnesses a bart Police Lieutenant agrees that the train operator should have immediately reported the attack to bart pd. And today the acting deputy chief says he was made aware of the delay in contacting the witnesses in this case two weeks ago. He calls it unacceptable and says hes put protocols in place to address it. Pawlisch says she hopes bart pd has truly learned from this incident and is trying to improve. And isnt just saying that to deflect media scrutiny. pam just days after a group of forty to sixty teens jumped the ticket gates then robbed people on a bart train. Bart is now saying it is using a new tactic to thwart potential attacks. This time, a bart worker spotted three to four juveniles who did not pay their fare. This was tuesday night at the lake merritt bart station. Thats when the worker called bart police. Who then instructed trains to keep moving through the station without stopping. The teens got away. Bart says, this tactic could prevent Group Robberies from happening again. pam though the tactic worked for bart. It was an inconvenience for other passengers who missed their stop.
