That driver hit a pickup truck head on. The driver and a man in the passengers seat both died. A woman in the backseat and the driver of the truck were taken to the hospital. Police say speed and passing maneuvers did play a role in the crash, but they do not know yet if drugs or alcohol were factors. Vallejo police are investigating another murder tonight after a woman was found dead in a home on central avenue. Now, this is the sixth homicide in that city this year. Detectives say a woman was found dead in a pool of blood but wont say much more. Not her name or how she was killed or tipped them off to the crime scene. Her dad lives there, too, hes handicap. No one answered the door here today. Villanueva said the woman had a baby and hes seen police at the home before. In fact, a few months ago, he broke up a fight between the woman and a man. We heard a bunch of screaming, and the lady was screaming for her life, you know, so went running around the corner, checked it out, ripped them off, and, you know, sent him on his way. But before yesterday, most people say this neighborhood had been mostly quiet. The sight of the yellow tape filled them with dread. Theres a lot of bad people doing bad things. Its been a week since a hitandrun crash claimed the life of 20yearold ronnie diaz. He was a passenger of an suv that overturned on the northbound interstate 280 connecter to southbound highway 87 last sunday morning. The california Highway Patrol says the woman behind the wheel was intoxicated at the time. The chp says all 7 people in the vehicle ran off shortly after but were eventually caught. The driver arrested, the chp says ronnie was killed by another car when he tried running across one lane of the freeway. Really hard. He was he was like one of my kids. The person that hit him, i just dont understand how you can hit somebody and just carry on and not look back at the what you just did. I to leave someone there for dead, its just unimaginable. Sat afternoon, ronnies loved ones joined together at Roosevelt Park selling food, as well as tshirts and posters with his picture raising funds for his funeral next week. She disappeared in hayward and was later found shot to death in fremont. Now investigators say the suspect had help in covering up the killings. Donato perez and accused accomplice. The prosecution says help roll aguilars body down steep hillside in fremont and cover up the killings. Police say perez admitted to investigators he helped wash the blood out of the car and dispose of aguilars belongings. Theyre both due back in court early monday morning. Now to the Death Investigation which has rocked the community of brisbane. Police are still coming into evidence of the disappearance of shelly and the suicide of her husband. Heres the latest. Violence erupts at a ku klux klan antiimmigration protest in southern california. The kkk members say they were only defending themselves. [ bleep ] a group of kkk members announced they would be holding a rally at anaheims park. The larger group of antiklans counter protesters showed up first. When the kkk arrived, tempers flared. After a little time, angry words shouted between the hate group and protesters. A blood y fight broke out. When these kkk members arrived in a vehicle, maybe five of them in one vehicle a combroup of counter protesters immediately attacked them as they exited the vehicle. That resulted in a stabbing right off to the left here by the fire hydrant. The stabbing victim, a protester, was stuck by either the pointed end of a flag pole from a Confederate Flag or American Flag. You can see here a kkk member trying to defend himself with the American Flag while a confederate one lays on the ground below. Its not clear who attacks first, but several videos showed protesters punching and rushing the kkk. That ultimately led to a a melee in the street that stretched almost a whole city block down cypress street where a number of other fights broke out. Three middle School Students are facing felony charges of poisoning on allegations they put red pepper flakes into their teachers soda. Florida Police Say One of the 12yearold girls was upset about being disciplined by her 52yearold teacher earlier this week. Investigators say the girls bought the pepper flakes and distracted the teacher while dumping the pepper into a soda. Police say the teacher began to choke. The girls were arrested friday and are also facing charges of tampering with consumer products. A Security Camera inside a suburban chicago home caught a hoverboard catching on fire. The homeowner says the video shows his 11yearold grabbing her soccer bag and leaving for practice just moments before the fire ignited on february 16th. Authorities believe that the fire was caused by the hoverboards batteries. The home received extensive damage. Nobody was hurt, though. The u. S.
