police are caught on camera. restraining a man in handcuffs. this happened at a-t&t park. during the giants opening day at home. least one witness says, the man who was in handcuffs did not attempt to escape. officers say, they responded to complaints from people at the giants game saying, the man and his friend were drunk and aggressive. of course the books worse than it is. officers don't want to use force however an officer will do whatever he has to do for the safety of the officer and the suspect.but officers say, technically this was not a choke hold nor sleeper move. it's what's called the carotid restraint. the man in handcuffs in that video. was not arrested and does not face charges. he was kicked out of a-t&t park. and police say, he has not filed a complaint against the charge -- possession of metal knuckles and -- and two misdemeanors -- one for the hit and run and the other for causing an injury in the incident on march 28th. the felony charge carries a three -year maximum sentence, but it could have been a lot worse. culliver avoids the charge of threatening a witness with those brass knuckles, which would also have been a felony. the cornerback is due back in
