Grant today we learned immigration and Customs Enforcement officials tried to deport him. Twice. The 38yearold came to the United States from uganda in 1991. The first attempt to deport olango came in 2002 after he was convicted on drug charges. The second came in 2009 following a firearms conviction. But both times uganda refused to take him.
