found two men, both with at least one gunshot wound. one was pronounced dead at the scene. the second was pronounced dead after going to the hospital. the motive behind this double murder is not known at this time. no suspects have been identified and the centenary -- santa clara coroner's office are not releasing the names right now until their families have been notified. this is breaking news happening right now in san jose. we have a crew on the way to the scene and will give you updates as soon as we get them. a gas leak out of san jose forced many businesses and homes to evacuate. it happened around one story road to the california check- cashing store. it was closed in both directions + of a fire department says the leak was caused by a car crash, pg&e crews were able to repair the line, the street closed has since been reopened. the clayton fire burning lake county is 95% contained tonight. nearly 4000 acres were burned and 200 homes destroyed. all evacuation orders have now been lifted. >> more than 1200 firefighters working around the clock for week to put the flames out, crews from the bay area have been deployed to help fight all the fires burning in california. will be up and running starting tomorrow and last until friday. it may last a little longer depending on how many people need help. lots of services will be available at the center including public health and victims compensation, the center will be in lake county at the adult services on main street and all survivors are encouraged to attend. in san bernardino the bluecat fire is 85% contained. firefighters say there's still in the mop up phase. the fire started last tuesday and burned over 37 and burned over 37,000 acres. hundred five homes and 213 structures have been destroyed. >> 1700
