The scandal involves a young woman 18 years old but who has an under 18yearold says she had sex with Police Officers and many from the Oakland Police department and some of the encounters happened under age and kron4 broke the news and has the very latest. Reporter in one my Text Messages to this 18 i asked her to tell her how many Police Officers she has had sex with while under age and which Law Enforcement agency they were from. She wrote just three from oakland and one deputy from Contra Costa County and sexed a bunch at oakland while under age. It is troubling. It is a disgrace frankly. Alameda District AttorneyNancy Omalley is conducting an investigation and says the vast majority our opd cases and one investigation outside of oakland. We are looking at the seven Police Officers. Drivers say that someone in the car shot at a pickup Truck Driving westbound near the bailey off ramp. We have been digging into tobin woods schools. We have what is next for the embattled school. Reporter here is video of a students being slapped. Two aids were fired. The shocking tape prompted criminal charges against those aids and launched an investigation of the California Department of education. It also got kron4 news to dig deeper. I found several former aids willing to come forward with other tales about Staff Members abusing their power over the special needs students under their care. I have seen staff where they have had to be restrained. And staff talking down and really disrespectful to students and they feel that the students are lower than them. We learned that two other tobin aids we talked to were subpoenaed by the state department of justice after coming forward to kron4. This is call tobin world 2 where the boy was captured being abused but this school site is not shutting down but i got my hands on a released record showing how tobin world is pulling out of four school sites and three of which just opened up this recent school year.
