They were vacationing at the Marriott Vacation Club when saturday, ramone noticed a woman laying face down in the water. Another guy was bringing her up, i handed the kids to the wife. Tonight, police in north bay are looking for two men who held up a homeowner at gunpoint. This happened in cotati. Reporter you can see two men walk into this home. Neighbors say a family lives here with two children. But this morning, it was the scene of a rare Violent Crime in cook county. It was broad daylight, before 9 00 a. M. Police say one of the men was carrying a gun when they walked in to an unlocked front door, and robbed the homeowner. Police say once they were inside the home, the two men asked the homeowner to open up the safe and hand over money and july i one of the picture suspects fired jewelry, and one of the suspects asked him the neighbor lived on the street for two decades. Recently, he has been noticing more police, and more problems. We had a raid at the house across the street here, about a week and a half ago. Reporter the homeowner said he recognized one of the suspects. If you do too, you should give investigators a call. Happening now, police in richmond are asking for your help in finding the suspect who murdered a teen boy. The suspect is 21yearold parish raul. They say he and another suspect were involved a shooting that killed a 15yearold back on march 10. Detectives already arrested the other suspect involved last week. Officers warn that raul is armed and dangerous. A former stanford hospital employee has been arrested for sexual battery. This is enrique ramirez. The victim was taking a nap, and when he woke up, ramirez was rubbing his shoulder and backs, and claimed the suspect touched him inappropriately. Ramirez was working at the hospital at the time. Some residents are looking for new homes after a last ditch effort to save the apartment complex from the wrecking ball. Its the top story for so many. The fact that the Supreme Court wasnt able to issue a decision today, doesnt just set the system back even further. It takes us further from the country that we aspire to be. Witnesses say the driver was going westbound on jfk drive, and while going 5060, veered into the eastbound lane. Clearly, went into the opposite direction of traffic, and went far enough over to run right into that lady head on. It was the second one of the day. Which is reporter paul said he helped get the driver in the second fatal hitandrun. Here is the mug shot of the man that was arrested. He was booked on charges of felony hitandrun, and vehicular manslaughter. He sped through a red light, and struck and killed the 26 yearold bicyclist. Paul said he was riding his bike home from his job when he came across the suspects car. His car was destroyed, side view mirror was off, three air bags were off. So he just had hit it with such force. Reporter paul said he tried to talk it the driver to see if he needed help when the man walked away, paul called 911, a dispatcher asked him to try to stop the man from leaving, so he got help from passersby to hold the man. He was shockingly calm. It was horrific. The idea that somebody like this can, this can happen to two people mo who were lawfully, and enjoying riding bikes. Reporter there are approximately 30 Traffic Related Fatalities in San Francisco every year, which is why the city has adopted business zero, an improvement plan, the goal is to eliminate the needless deaths. Reporter the man accused of causing the trauma, Matthew Muller has been behind bars, but tuesday, he stood shackled in chains, hoping the judge would throw out crucial evidence. The hearing was to see if the cell phone could be used. Months after the kidnapping, Dublin Police found the phone at the home that the suspect admitted to burglarizing. Dublin police bypassed the lock screen by calling 911, and asked dispatchers for the number. After obtaining the number, investigators got a warrant and found out through the phone provider that it was registered to his stepfather. Documents show that information led investigators to the family home in south lake tahoe, when they found drones, video cameras, and other evidence that tied him to the dublin home invasion, and vallejo kidnapping. The defense argued the phone evidence should be tossed out because the Dublin Police illegally searching the phone and violated his fifth amendment right. But prosecutors claimed he abandoned the phone during the burglary, and there for, lost his right to privacy. And because of the surge against sitin in the case, police had because of the urgency in the kay, they had every case, they had every right to see it.
