It was just last month that all the rain caused the reservoir to overflow and close into coyote creek. That lead to flooding in parts of san jose and hundreds of people being evacuated from their homes. Right now the reservoir is at about 86 capacity. The Santa Clara ValleyWater District needs to get the level down to 68percent of capacity.
