sexual officer geoff graves was tsks arrested for one count of forceful felony sexual assault. police say in september of 2013.they responded to a family disturbance and relocated a female to a hotel. authorties say graves then saugh reinitiated contact with the female in her room and sexually assaulted her. graves self-surrendered. he has been with the force for six years. he is currently on about things being put together. reporting in concord police here read kron 4 news. >>:cvs stores facing big fines today. they reportedly lost prescription painkillers - and those drugs may have ended up being sold on the streets. kron four's terisa estacio is at one cvs where agents uncovered this case. cvs is facing some tough questions about what happens to of thousands of drugs. drugs like bike again and other painkillers and total 37,000 pills were unaccounted for in northern california including one in fairfield, modesto dixon and turlock. because of the missing drugs the chain is now facing nearly 3000 violations and back that up to its $29 million fine. and i could just be the tip. the va drug agents are looking to expand their investigation will look into stores and southern california. there is one report a pharmacist was selling the drugs in an open market. we have called them to get their reaction and how they plan to deal with the possible fine of whether they're taking steps to correct. we have not heard back from them yet but this and as we do we will share them with you. no one >>:new this morning. an east bay refinery has been hit with a 230- thousand dollar fine for several air quality violations. phillips 66 has agreed to pay the penalty for the violations at its rodeo refinery dating back to 2008 and 2009. among the 19 violations include storage tank issues and an inaccurate ground level monitor for hydrogen sulfide. the money will be used to pay for future enforcement efforts for the bay area air quality management district. for the second time in less than 30 days an acid spill at a company in martinez injures workers. two workers were exposed to sulfuric acid at the tesoro refinery. they were taken to a hospital and treated for burns. back on february 12th, two other workers suffered second degree burns in an acid accident. as for this incident, haz- mat officials says, it appears to be unrelated to last month's acid spill. still no sign this morning of the malaysia airlines flight and the 239 people that vanished over the weekend. that's the grim word from cc officials as planes and ships from nearly a dozen countries scour tens of thousands of square miles of ocean. the search has now expanded into the straits of malacca. off the west coast of the malaysian peninsula. it also extends into the deep waters of the andaman
