Valdez was killed monday night as he was leaving a muni train at randolph and bright streets. Just one mile away from San Francisco state. His classmates are now speaking to kron four. They tell us, valdez was very nice and approachable. Valdez originally from southern california, was a member of the universitys mens Club Water Polo team. He was also member of an oncampus club called eco students. Valdez was known for having a passion for solving environmental issues. There are so many things that we do on a daily basis. Police have identified for people who they said were present during the attack Early Saturday Morning. Those four people, out of those four people three of them are juvenile out of pleasanton. The fourth person is an 18 year old who they say does not live around here. This comes after 51 yearold david lamont was badly beaten Early Saturday Morning after police say he approached a group of people outside his home who were making noise. Lamonts wife then found him lying unconscious unconscious in the street. People have identified the four people who were there during the assault. At this point theyre not calling that person a suspect. Authorities said the other three juvenile are considered witnesses to the incident. Police are not releasing any more information on these four people but said they are cooperating with the investigation. What police are now calling on any of those four suspects at this point they say theres no evidence to suggest anyone was at the sceneelse was at the scene during the attack. David lamont remains in Critical Condition this morning but police are hoping at some point his condition improved so they can ask him what transpired Early Saturday Morning. The attack happened back on august 12th. The victim is 10yearold hunter kilbourn. He was visiting a friend at a neighbors house when that il pit bulls attacked leaving him seriously wounded.
