department because they recognized his voice and his eyes even though he was wearing a ski i'm at the location of the mcdonald's in pleasanton. police say he didn't want but to mcdonald's. it started out with this one here just awful 580. here's the video that to see only on four. it happened at about 3:00 in the morning on labor day weekend. apparently according to investigators, he climbed through a drive-through window. this place is 24 hours. he goes through their, he sees three employees. it takes one of them back to the office for he tells the employees to give me $3,000 out of the states. then he walked a that employee out to the freezer, locks them up and takes off from the scene. according to san mateo police believe he did the same things over there. he was arrested for that case. in that case and he's been charged with robbery, false imprisonment and kidnapping. he pleaded not guilty. so far he has not been charged in this case but the investigators and the city here are looking into it took charges are pending the plan to hopefully talk to some of the employees and get their reaction from this person and by the way this person's name is a felix gonzales-becerra. of just robin just one mcdonald's but to perry ed here is video that you only see on kron 4. this happen all around labor day weekend. at about 3:00 a.m. in the morning, the dining room is close but it is open 24 hours with a drive- through window. he climbed through the drive to wonder when told the three employees that he was going to rob of the mcdonald's. he grabbed $1,300 and inmates took three of them get into freezers. he made a quick getaway and apparently they know him very well and they called the police and identified him by his facial features and his voice. san mateo police stated that he did the same thing and another mcdonald's and he was arrested and charged with a false imprisonment, robbery, and kidnapped. he pleaded not guilty but in pleasanton, he has not been charged. there are looking into this. but that could happen any day. >> police say, they've caught a break in the case of the fatal shooting of alaysha carradine -- she is the eight-year-old girl killed while at a sleepover at a friend's home in oakland july 17th. police say, the child was shot after opening the door to her friend's house, when someone rang the doorbell. three other people were hurt. a sketch of one of the people involved in the shooting. was released by oakland police. kron-4 spoke to alaysha's relatives who say, they want to justice for the little girl known as information leading to killer. >> east palo alto police are investigating an overnight shooting that injured two people. police responded to a shot spotter activation on farrington way. when officers arrived to the area, they entered a home and located the two shooting victims. witnesses say the two victims were in the front yard when the shooting happened. police say the suspect is an hispanic male.who fled from the scene. appears to be road rage. >> firefighters are continuing to tackle the mount diablo fire. it has burned more than 31- hundred acres. that figure has been downgraded from yesterday's 32-hundred acre estimate. the flames are now 90- percent contained. all evacuations in the area and all roads are now open. authorities still investigating the cause. >> a fire station in sever flash flooding has killed at least three people and prompted evacuations for others in boulder colorado this morning. take a look at the damage the storm has caused. on the left is video of the university of boulder colorado campus has been closed today because of the sever flooding. officials say multiple homes in the area have collapsed and people are being urged to move to higher grounds. department because they recognized his voice and his eyes even though he was wearing a ski i'm at the location of the mcdonald's in pleasanton. police say he didn't want but to mcdonald's. it started out with this one here just awful 580. here's the video that to see only on four. it happened at about 3:00 in the morning on labor day weekend. apparently according to investigators, he climbed through a drive-through window. this place is 24 hours. he goes through their, he sees three employees. it takes one of them back to the office for he tells the employees to give me $3,000 out of the states. then he walked a that employee out to the freezer, locks them up and takes off from the scene. according to san mateo police believe he did the same things over there. he was arrested for that case. in that case and he's been charged with robbery, false imprisonment and kidnapping. he pleaded not guilty. so far he has not been charged in this case but the investigators and the city here are looking into it took charges are pending the plan to hopefully talk to some of the employees and get their reaction from this person and by the way this person's name is a felix gonzales-becerra. the shooting. was released by oakland police. kron-4 spoke to alaysha's relatives who say, they want to justice for the little girl known as 'ladybug'. oakland police say, there is a 35-thousand of just robin just one mcdonald's but to perry ed here is video that you only see on kron 4. this happen all around labor day weekend. at about 3:00 a.m. in the morning, the dining room is close but it is open 24 hours with a drive- through window. he climbed through the drive to wonder when told the three employees that he was going to rob of the mcdonald's. he grabbed $1,300 and inmates took three of them get into freezers. he made a quick getaway and apparently they know him very well and they called the police and identified him by his facial features and his voice. san mateo police stated that he did the same thing and another mcdonald's and he was arrested and charged with a false imprisonment, robbery, and kidnapped. he pleaded not guilty but in pleasanton, he has not been charged. there are looking into this. but that could happen any day. >> police say, they've caught a break in the case of the fatal shooting of alaysha carradine -- she is the eight-year-old girl killed while at a sleepover at a friend's home in oakland july 17th. police say, the child was shot after opening the door to her friend's house, when someone rang the doorbell. three other people were hurt. a sketch of one of the people involved in the shooting. was released by oakland police. kron-4 spoke to alaysha's relatives who say, they want to justice for the little girl known as information leading to killer. >> east palo alto police are investigating an overnight shooting that injured two people. police responded to a shot spotter activation on farrington way. when officers arrived to the area, they entered a home and located the two shooting victims. witnesses say the two victims were in the front yard when the shooting happened. police say the suspect is an hispanic male.who fled from the scene. appears to be road rage. >> firefighters are continuing to tackle the mount diablo fire. it has burned more than 31- hundred acres. that figure has been downgraded from yesterday's 32-hundred acre estimate. the flames are now 90- percent contained. all evacuations in the area and all roads are now open. authorities still investigating the cause. >> a fire station in sever flash flooding has killed at least three people and prompted evacuations for others in boulder colorado this morning. take a look at the damage the storm has caused. on the left is video of the university of boulder colorado campus has been closed today because of the sever flooding. officials say multiple homes in the area have collapsed and people are being urged to move to higher grounds.
