Police say two 13yearold girls were walking on atlantic avenue when Enrique Cisneros exposed himself near a city bus stop. The girls reported the incident and Police Quickly found and arrested cisneros on charges of indecent exposure. Police say the 25yearold is already on probation for three other Crimes Involving lewd acts in public.
