probation for each of the six count, and completely or complete 10,000 hours of community service, including 2000 hours by high level personnel. the court also ordered an independent monitor to on monday are holding a march and vigil this saturday at the city's police department. police have not officially identified the man who was killed. but his family identified him as a 21 year old investigators have linked the disappearance of a woman 35 years ago to five murder victims. one of which was in california. she vanished in 1981. police identified her late boyfriend, known as bob
