"they have major operational issues, its really embarrassing for our countries, it really is outrageous" during thursday's hearing - congress couldn't help but point out this is just the latest scandal to impact wells fargo's customers. dozens of cases have been settled with the government since 2008. while wells fargo c-e-o says he has no plans to resign - some in congress think he'll have no choice if and when federal prosecutors get involved. "you think today is tough, when the prosecutors get a hold of you, you're going to have a lot of fun" while wells fargo executives are still under the microscope - congress continues to question how the fake accounts could go unnoticed by federal regulators for years. wells fargo has paid out 190 million in fines so far - but that number could grow. reporting from capitol hill, i'm mark meredith. >> steve: >> grant: tried to deport him twice and the 38 year-old came to the u.s. from you guy 1991 first attempt came in 2002 after he was convicted on drug charges second time came in 2009 following firearms conviction. paul can use to combat the knuckleballer thomas's case. the mother says the long ago was not mentally ill but rather about marriage breakdown we also learned details about how one of off the one of the officers in the shooting accused of misconduct in the past. sued for sexual harassment by a fellow officer. >> britteny: we will actually see a chance of showers and the forecast tonight patchy fog moves in and then clear conditions near the embarcadero and dealing with clouds it depends on where you are tomorrow with patchy morning fog and then breezy conditions as we head into a week and partly cloudy on saturday sunday we will see a chance of showers mainly to the north bay with a chance that the transitions to san francisco parts of the south bay. cooling trend continues right around the mid '50s san francisco have monday 62 san mateo 53 not in view 72 at san jose 73 livermore 61 oakland 75 unconquered 68 right now in vallejo. 68 in napa and than temperatures and a bottle at 61 degrees. 72 right now and 73 livermore. >> catherine: >> britteny: the line near the bay and then sampras is the airport and that picture of low pressure being closer to as legal and will begin. and then france saturday we start see the rain transitioning and north bay and that will continue to severance cisco by sunday evening. light rain falls will expect to see for san francisco eased a south bay and then close to the north bay and northern part of the north they concede to about 1/5 of an edge. >> pam: raising effort that his dad said real was love. >> pam: raising effort that his dad said real was love. am an iraq veteran. lowering drug prices. dollars to defeat it. vets" in voting yes on prop 61. am an iraq veteran. lowering drug prices. dollars to defeat it. vets" in voting yes on prop 61. >> pam:. >>:clinton started her day in iowa where early voting is underway for the election. we've learned she will make one more trip to the bay area. october 13th. it is expected to be her last of the campaign season. >> pam:just ahead. ryan lochte's dad explains why he believes his son really was robbed while at the olympics in brazil. builders of the public restrooms at the new sacramento kings arena. are taking into account the controversy over use by the transgender community. the latest on california's hopes of quickly rolling out an early earthquake warning system using cell phones. radios and more. >> reporter: the other employees saw robert fondle patients and did nothing and then an appropriate year has been been going on for years and then into an institutional failure any claim that they knew and did nothing was false. >> reporter: the kidnap victims attorneys as the system has failed her and her boyfriend. kidneys and a boyfriend perpetrating a hoax matthew mahler is guilty plea to kidnapping thursday reaffirms it was no hoax. >> reporter: have made a threatening statement. and they have launched an investigation into the possible crimes. we've been hearing a lot about an earthquake warning system for california. now - the governor has taken another step to make it happen. catherine heenan is here details on what the governor is saying. catherine?
