facility is just beginning. there are still lots of questions. such as why the facility was shut down, yet some residents were not moved. they had to rely on only a >> catherine: cook and janitor for their care. now - all eyes are on the state of california which oversees these facilities kron4-'s dan kerman has just uncovered state documents indicating what a poor job they did before and after who food. and staff members unable to locate medicine to give to residents during the lunch hour. so what does this state bureaucrat do? she assesses a 38- hundred dollar fine. and leaves the
